Great location… 5min walk to the waikiki beach.
Great for family who wants to cook during their stay…lots of utensils, cooking pots and pans.
Comfortable and homely vibe. Decent view from the balcony. Great amenities…swiming pool, jacuzzi and many more but we didn’t tried all.
The room comes with beach chair so that was helpful.
Some things to know before you book. The AC is small compared to room size so it will never feel like below 73 degree in your room, even if you keep the ac on the whole time.
The apartment provided some tiny soap bars but for all practical purposes bring you own soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles with you. Hand soap is provided.
There were no additional basic cooking ingredients when we reached the place such as cooking oil, salt so bring your own. There is a small grocery store downstairs in the building but everything is expensive. May need to plan a visit to walmart/costco if you wanna find something cheap.

Great location in Waikiki. You can easily walk to Waikiki beach or head out for your adventures. The full sized kitchen is great for families and/or an extended stay. The rental includes a parking pass which is valuable. There's a washer and dryer on every floor. The property was clean and enough sheets and towels for all four in our party including beach towels.
One major downside was the property's elevators. They frequently very busy with long waittimes. Unfortunately, the day we checked out only one of the four elevators were working. We ended up walking down 25 flights of stairs carrying our luggage. I know this isn't the fault of the VRBO host but it's still a concern if you're stay at this location.

Clean, spacious room, and perfect for our little family. Check in and check out was a breeze, keyless entry to the room, includes parking pass, and everything you need to cook a meal. You could see views of Diamond Head & partial ocean. My son loved the pool, hot tub and play structure. If he had his way he rather stay there all day instead of going to the beach.
The hotel itself was under renovations (the bathrooms at the pool deck closed, pain in the butt needed to go back to the room to do your business), elevators were slow and BBQ grills are coin operated.

It was amazing to wake up to the view of the mountains and the sea. Walking distance to Waikiki beach, restaurants, zoo, and stores. We just walked to Waikiki market for our first days grocery needs though there is also a small market downstairs. They had everything we needed for cooking even things such as a steamer basket and rice cooker. It has parking included! And there’s enough room for our family with kids. Overall, would recommend this place and would love to stay again.

The location and apartment was clean and did look just like the pictures. But the rules and forms I had to fill out just to stay here was a joke. The AC is a tiny window unit for the whole space, which really didn’t do much.
On top of that the power in the kitchen went out on day 3 of a 6 night trip. Communication with property management was awful. They would provide multiple false timelines on when this would be fixed through the last two days. Firstly they said, it would take someone 20 minutes to come up to fix, it ended up being an hour of us waiting. They told us it couldn’t be fixed that evening but someone would come the next day, provided us an extension cord for the fridge but nothing else in the kitchen worked. No one came. I had to follow up the day after and that’s when they said someone would be coming and that they didn’t work on Sundays…they eventually came later that afternoon(Monday) and fixed it. But left a mess for us to clean up. They tracked dirt everywhere, moved around a ton of stuff and didn’t put it back, broke glass and left it for us to clean. When I reached out to management to let them know, they tried to flip the blame on us for leaving certain food items like sugar which was bagged up out saying that bugs could get in. Mind you there was NOTHING in the contract that said anything about leaving food out. Why would this even matter when the people sent in created a mess for us to clean? And management not take any ownership? Literally a joke.

Our stay was super easy and convenient. Location is great close to the beach, restaurants and all the Waikiki fun.
Free parking is a plus!
Pool and playground was also very helpful with small children.
Only the AC is super loud which we had to turn off at night.
But our stay was great overall!
Will definitely come back!

We booked this rental based on the pictures and reviews. As soon as we pulled up to the entrance of the building my heart sank and I knew I made a mistake. As soon as we walked in we were over taken by a strong stench that wouldn’t go away. The only thing about this suite that is renovated is the kitchen and even that was years ago. EVERYTHING else is from circa 1970’s. The worst part was the geriatric toilet.
My 8 year called the pool a “ no fun pool” . Apparently there have been issues with guests and owners who rent their properties out. Literally you can not jump into the pool, throw a ball or frisbee, there is no talking loud. This facility would only work well for older adults. We hated the experience.
I called the management company and reviewed my concerns and they credited me. We stayed 2 checked out in the 3rd and got a refund for the other 4 days which was respectable.
This place wasn’t for us and we moved to a proper hotel on the strip and the kids enjoyed the rest of their vacation. This unit is a budget unit, if you don’t want to pay Hilton Hawaiian prices then this might work but we switched priorities asap.

Basically very happy with the location and views and spacious condo. But one or two of the four elevators were usually out of service, resulting in long waits and crowded elevators. Service people regularly drag huge carts into the elevators, too. There should be a designated service elevator. Furnishings are aging. Couch end kept falling off, beach chairs were rusty, refrigerator stained, etc. hardly any dishes when we arrived (two mugs and a third that was cracked, no bowls or glasses, five mismatched plates) but management was quick to have more delivered. They also had a cleaning service make an extra visit since it had some issues. Two of four bulbs in bathroom were out. No bulb at all in one lamp. Shower was great, plenty of hot water. Lots of pots and pans. Rooms are quiet. Safe neighborhood. Pool and hot tub and sauna very nice. Beach and restaurants and buses close by. Good mattresses.

Everything about the place was as expected. Nice location, pool and property. The elevators were a long wait, and the pool was closed for one day during our stay, were disappointments but not a deal breaker. I would recommend and return.

Good communication with management. They sent email reminders and check-in instructions several days prior to arrival. Unit was as described. When we found the bidet not working, they responded and fixed it that day. Overall, convenient location and FREE parking.

December 2022
Pros: the room and bathroom was clean add adequate towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. Cons: the beds were uncomfortable. The one closest to the window is the one I slept in the first four nights, and I could barely walk by the fourth morning due to a crick in my back. I switched to the other bed when I realized it had a bed topper and was better, but not the best. Window treatments are paper thin. They may not allow people to see in but absolutely do not block any sunlight out of the room. So as soon as the sun rises, you are being blinded by the sun in your bed unless you have a mask on (thankfully, I had one but my husband did not) which isn’t the end of the world, but it immediately heats up your room even with the air conditioning on. Was challenging to keep cool. The bathroom is very dated. The shower is dark and no shelves but good pressure of water. Tub looked old. At the end of our visit, we went to our car with our luggage and then my husband returned to the room to leave the parking pass with the key, there were already people in the room cleaning, which was very weird like we were being watched, because we actually left over an hour earlier than I had told them we would be leaving. Just left us feeling like they were watching us somewhere??? Didn’t like that feeling.
Overall, we felt safe and the elevators were quick to getting us to the 29th floor and going back down to wherever which was nice. Super close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Location was great! Two blocks away from Waikiki Beach and great view of Diamond Head from the balcony! Communication with a host was very good.

Lovely vacation spot. We stayed here before and in a different room. We really enjoyed this particular room with the beautiful view of Diamondhead. The only concern was the mattresses were a little bit too firm LOL small price to pay for a beautiful home
