Hololani (which is Hawaiian for “Heaven”) is an oceanfront condominium resort located in Kahana, an area on the western shores of Maui. Guest amenities include a free assigned parking spot, a heated ocean front pool, and BBQ area. Hololani does not charge any resort fees and is within walking distance to several beaches, shops and restaurants. Hololani B502 does not have A/C, is a 2-bedroom- 2-bath condo located on the 5th floor, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Hololani offers their guests elevator access, so getting to this 5th floor condo is easy. This spacious condo has been wonderfully remodeled with tile floor and modern Hawaiian décor. The front bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and wonderful ocean views from its ocean front lanai. The bathroom is just steps away, bright and airy featuring a large walk in shower.

​​​​​​​The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The living area provides additional sleeping with a Queen sleeper sofa. The condo includes a washer and dryer and ceiling fans in every room.

Enjoy preparing food in a fully equipped, full size kitchen. Then choose to eat indoors at a dining table or out on the large lanai while you can watch turtles and whales frolic in the waves below you. The lanai offers incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and the neighboring island of Molokai in the distance, making it the perfect place to admire the ocean with a cool tropical drink!

Trash and Recycling:
Trash and recycling trucks will not be able to reach the bins below B building. Starting Friday, July 14th, all B building trash chutes will be locked and trash will need to be transported to a dumpster located in the parking lot. A-Building trash chutes are unaffected and will remain open, and all recycling will be available in the A building garage.
