HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Building could use some renovation but inside of condo was nice and clean. Having a full kitchen was so important because we were traveling with a baby. The patio was small but we had a great view! The location was great! We walked to the beach and the aquarium.

The laundry room does have an app you can download on your phone to pay, you dont have to get quarters for laundry! The market in the building was very convenient for water and snacks. Also you can rent a beach umbrella at the market!

This ended up being a convenient, friendly complex with garage parking included. The pool area and gym was a bonus. The best part of this apartment complex is its close proximity to all Waikiki has to offer without the noise and hustle/bustle. The management was available throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

100% would stay here again. Great space, working air conditioning, lots of towels, beach chairs, full kitchen, awesome tv channels, and very comfy beds including the pull-out couch. The unit is very clean. The bed is not super comfortable, so we had a tough time sleeping. The building is showing its age and needs updating. There is a musty smell in the hallways. The property does not have a spa, which I assumed would be present with the pool.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! The unit was super clean, kitchen was well equipped. The bed mattress was super comfy. The foldout couch bed mattress was really hard but our two kids slept on it and didn’t mind at all. Having beach towels and beach chairs provided was wonderful.
Location couldn’t have been better — just a couple blocks to the beach and within easy walking distance of the zoo, aquarium, and so many good restaurants.

We are from a neighboring island, Molokai. We had some Dr appts. Also celebrating my birthday. It is a great location for restaurants and beach. The condo is well equipped for cooking, the 2 TVs were great. Very comfortable condo, very clean. I appreciated having the Ninja blender so I could fix my protein shake each morning. Nice coffeemaker and electric tea kettle also. This was much better than staying in a hotel. Good size for 2 people or a small family. Might be a bit small for 4 adults. I can recommend this condo and we would stay here again.

Great location in Waikiki. Walking distance to the beach, Honolulu Zoo, shopping and dining. We were pleasantly surprised by the floor to ceiling ocean view peeks and view of Diamond Head. This condo was very clean and had all the amenities needed to make this a perfect home away from home.
