Paki Maui 302A does not have A/C, is a 3rd-floor studio that offers unobstructed oceanfront panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and ceiling fans throughout. This property has elevators for easy access. Unit 302A can accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. Let the sounds of the nature lull you to sleep in the queen-size bed located in the living room. This beachy studio also features a large flat-screen TV with cable and a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Surrounded by sliding glass doors, there's a view from virtually every angle within this condo. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a classic tile floor. The rest of the unit, excluding the bathroom, has wood flooring throughout.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

The room, view, location and ease of booking all made it difficult to leave when our vacation ended. We wish we had booked one more day so we could just sit on the lanai and enjoy the view of coffee/tea and pastries. We did manage to catch a few minutes here or there. One afternoon between going up to Haleakula for the sunrise and out in Napili Bay to snorkel, we saw a pod of dolphins off shore. Every day we saw a turtle or two swimming by. And a quick note, when the sun sets, that is just the beginning of the gorgeous light show (stick around until the stars come out). Mahalo for the Aloha!

Thanks you so much for your hospitality and the wonderful place. We loved walking into the place and hearing the ocean and the Hawaiian music on the TV. That was an amazing touch! Everything was perfect. Also thanks for having the adventure gear available- chairs, boogey boards and ice chest!

Studio as described in listing. Pros: Clean with good amenities. Enjoyed watching for whales and looking at the beautiful ocean. Reasonably priced for location with lots of walkable nearby restaurants. Snorkeling right in front of condo. Property management always available and easy access. Cons: Light sleepers beware as the sound of the waves at night are loud and there is no air conditioning so you will want to leave your sliding door open at night to cool the condo. This may not be a problem if renting a bedroom unit verses a studio unit. Also to note is that there is not much beach to walk on. We drove to Whalers Village and found public parking to take beach walks. If visiting again, we would select another condo with air conditioning and with the amenity of taking long walks on the beach from the condo. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

What a great little Studio. The Kitchen and Living room area are great with new flooring, view is amazing. Internet is decent! The 2 down falls are, the Bathroom could get a little upgrade and when your left and right neighbors are on there lanai, they can see you if you are on your bed! One other thing, it can be hot in there. You can open the front door and you will have a great cross breeze but no screen door for security!

The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. We were provided with more than enough towels for the duration of our stay. The key code issued worker every time during our stay. We had an amazing vacation and enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t realize there was no A/C and a studio condo with no separate bedroom. Couldn’t leave anything out with the bugs on counter and inside drawers. Very old tiny bathroom and kitchen cabinets were worn. Didn’t cook at all with the conditions I observed. The only good thing was the location on the beach and nice pool.

I stayed here with my husband for 6 nights. I took a chance on it since there were no reviews and I'm happy that I did. It was close to Lahaina without having to be in the busy area and there were a lot of great restaurants close by. I loved The Fish Market across the street and there was always a line out the door. There was an ABC store less than a block away and it is a store that's fairly well stocked with most of what you would need and they were open great hours. The unit itself had a fabulous view of Molokai and a side view of Lanai. It is whale season and we were ale to watch multiple whales from our balcony, swimming, breaching, and lots of tails. We brought all our food back to the unit so that we always had a great view for dinner. The unit itself is a bit older, not in bad shape, but definitely not a brand new resort. But it was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I did find the bed very uncomfortable and the manager called the next day after check in to see how everything was when I mentioned it she immediately was able to send me over a mattress pad for the bed. It definitely changed the bed! I appreciated it a lot and I hope they kept it on the bed for the next traveler! Overall it was a great time, great location, and a great place to come back to at the end of a long day playing in Maui!
