We were in Hawaii for just over a week. Regretfully, we only stayed at your location for the last 2 nights of our trip. We wish we had skipped the Hilton resort and stayed there a couple more nights instead! The place was the perfect size for us, giving each of the kids a separate space. The back deck was wonderful. We ate our meals out there and enjoyed the view. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. If we ever go back to Hawaii, we will be booking this place. :)

This was our 4th time staying at this condo. The location and views are perfect. Enjoyed the snorkeling in the waters just off the lanai. The complex itself is very quiet and very well maintained. Will definitely be back for the 5th time!

Such an great home! Fantastic! Very nice community. The views are breathtaking! Amenities were great and close to all sites of the island. A walk along the shore on the path was so relaxing. Thank for sharing your home.

This is a pleasant unit with pleasing vistas of Keauhou Bay and the Outrigger Hotel, however the owners need to do some serious repairs. The fans clatter, the smoke detector beeps and a stove burner is out. Additionally the carpets are worn and stained. My biggest issue with Castle Resorts and/or the owners is that no one responded to my calls or emails. I received no instructions on opening the unit, staying at the unit or closing the unit. I received no record of payments received. I just noticed a $753.54 credit card charge from Castle or VRBO or someone connected with this unit and I have no idea why. This unit was totally unprepared for renters. We even had to buy our own toilet paper. At the end of our stay the property manager saw me at the pool and said, "Didn't you know that you could ask the front desk and we would have provided you with toilet paper?" Because we received no communication from anyone how would we know? The gentleman's name was Robert Reddell who was very nice and kept apologizing for Crystal and everyone else at Castle Resorts who screwed up but the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth.

Had a great stay at the property. The house was clean and in good shape. The whole complex with several pools were really nice. Views off the lanai were the highlight. One thing to note is AC is extra. Was there in August and definitely needed it. Also, didn't get any details on checking in or response. But luckily arrived while their checkin desk was still open.

Beautiful property, just as advertised. We spent all of our time on the lanai! The beds worked perfectly for our party of 6 adults and one child. Would certainly stay again.

Place was dirty when we arrived, there were only 4 towels for six people, and we had no extra tp or paper towels. Someone parked in our spot and remained there the last 5 days of our stay. The management put a note on the car but that was it. Condo was nice, but it would be great to have some extras: blankets, beach chairs, umbrellas…the types of things you need in Hawaii but don’t bring with you. Also, just include the cost of AC in the price…I can’t imagine anyone trying to stay there without air conditioning!

There is no greater view than from the lanai of this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and being able to see the ocean from the lanai. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we revisit the big Island.

My family and I, enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pools. The property was exactly what it stated online. Your property manager or cleaning team should maintain your property better. Due to expensive cleaning fees. There was termites eggs in the kitchen area. Other then that my family enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.
