This place was great! We loved how it was in a fairly quiet spot! The views from the condo were beautiful. We snorkeled right off the beach on the other side of the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

We came for our honeymoon and wow this condo is amazing! Sitting out in the porch watching the sea turtles in the bay was unbelievable. Beautiful, clean place with wonderful hosts! We will be back.

The condo was great. It was a good location for day adventures and we appreciated the beach accessories! Kitchen was fully stocked, made it easy to cook our own meals. Would stay here again.

First off, Kauai is Amazing and this place is right there too. Great location and views. Really nice and stocked condo. Communication was so thorough and helpful.

Fantastic location and view of ocean bay!
Close to great restaurants and either direction you drive on the Island you have short distances to see the sites!
Unit had everything you need for your comfort and a wonderful view of the bay for relaxation!
Highly recommend this condo for a short or long term visit: our stay was 11 day.

Overall this is a nice rental. Unfortunately there were a few negatives. No umbrellas-having umbrellas available for guests, especially during the rainy season, should be a given. We stayed for a month and laundry was a problem. There were not enough machines, only one washer /dryer for the 4th floor. We ended up using multiple machines on different floors. Not ideal,
especially when it was raining (slick floors and stairs. Could have used the elevator but didn't want to wait carrying laundry-hands full). Also, some of the coin machine didn't work. There were no coffee filters available, Yes, we tried using the gold filter but that was a pain to rinse every morning. And it was difficult trying to keep the grounds out of the drain.
Since we were staying for a month, more paper
products, especially TP, would have been considerate.

My family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and looking for turtles from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed and was well furnished. It's a great location right next to Lawa'i Beach. Close to shopping in Poipu and Koloa.

We loved our stay at this property. The view of the cove and the ocean were spectacular, we loved sitting on the balcony at all times the day listening to the waves crash the rocks. We took the short drive to Poipu beach and had a great time, we appreciated the beach gear provided. The condo was well equipped, the AC was appreciated after non AC stay at a previous stop, the bed and family room furniture were comfortable. The location was easily accessible to many restaurants and shopping. We loved the condo and would definitely recommend it or consider staying again.

This was an absolutely terrific place from which to watch turtles in the ocean. The decor of the place is lovely, but the outdoor view from the 4th floor absolutely is the stunner. Broken lanai lock? Yep. Grills next to the dumpsters? No big deal, because there are turtles, and in my world that makes this place extra special.

This property is really awesome. We were so excited to stay someplace so close to the ocean, and you couldn't find a better spot. The views and sounds were perfectly beautiful, And the accommodations were very comfortable. I especially appreciate Aryana's attentiveness when I had a couple questions. She was so excellent about getting right back to me. Also much appreciated was the beach gear they have available. This was a perfect graduation present, and many wonderful memories were made. 🌊🌴🥥

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. It was a great location to the beach, and close to the venue where we had a wedding. Waking up to the view on the balcony every morning was a perfect little escape. Would definitely recommend staying there!

This place is a gem. Sound of the ocean. Sea turtles in the bay. Whales in the distance. Quite after 10pm. So much natural beauty. The bed is comfortable and the condo is clean and comfy beach vib.

Sunrise right over the ocean every morning, and incredible starry skies at night.
Love Poipu, and this apartment is in the best location.
Wonderful communication with the owners - Aryana went out of her way to ensure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed!
Comfortable bed, great water pressure and hot water in the shower. Beach towels for use.
Laundry in the main buildings easy to access (you’ll need 8x quarters for wash, 10 x for dryer). Overall a wonderful place to spend Christmas!

The exhaust fan in the bathroom never worked. Either fan or switch must be broken. Bathroom lights must be solar powered, because lights were very dim and quickly shut down when taking a shower. Had to take most showers in the dark. No broom or vacuum available to remove sand particles from the floor. There was no property manager available that we knew about.
