BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

I enjoyed having dinner on the patio while watching the sunset. I also appreciated the air conditioning and quiet ceiling fans. I couldn’t get the clothes dryer to work (it just ate my coins), so I really needed the provided clothes drying rack. I liked that there were brooms and a vacuum available for our long stay, but the shower head and bathroom tap had a black build-up and I couldn’t find a scrub brush.

Great property and great location. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably with ample space for everyone. Location is walkable distance to all the shops, great restaurants, Hawaiian shaved ice, and the beach. Short (less than 10 minutes) drive to the shops at Wailea for more dining and shopping options.

Very clean and well stocked unit. Just as photos depict. Our family of five had enough room with the pullout in living room. Master bedroom had incredibly comfortable king bed. Two minute walk to beach, shops, restaurant's and more. Would definitely recommend.

This property is in a great location close to the beaches and easy to walk to shops. The living space is very nice and comfortable for a family of four or five. We did have some issues with the appliances and the cleaning service, but the management was very good in addressing our concerns, and, taking care of things during and even after our stay. I think with a few improvements this property would be a premium location and I think it will improve based on my experience with the management. I would consider staying here again if there were some updates to the kitchen and flooring .

Property was spacious and clean, all fans and ac worked great for the hotter days, beds were comfy and it slept 5 with no issues. Would recommend this property to anyone as well as all my friends!

This place was perfect! The water view is actually a little better than on the listing, it was exceptionally clean, and though fitting 6 was snug, it was perfect for what we needed! Additionally, the PM was super responsive and helpful. The dryer had a bit of an issue that we could work around and they came and fixed it the next day! Highly recommend.
