Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in reserved spot in front of the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Pool: One community swimming pool
Hot Tub: Once community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ grills near the pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Yes. TV's located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.

Golf Villas at Mauna Lani O2 is located in the O Building at the Golf Villas at Mauna Lani. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Golf Villas at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community at the south end of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We had a wonderful time at this property this past week. It was such a comfortable location providing all the creature comforts our family of four needed. Having the beach club access and pool was such a bonus for us to enjoy the sunset and a hot tub soak after a long day of exploring.

We didn't want to leave. The condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The beach access and Hilton access are such amazing bonus feature. Its only a few minutes drive to the grocery store and some really terrific restaurants. Can't praise this place enough.

Kamuela is a wonderful town and the Mauna Lani community a great place to stay - the O2 Golf Villas unit is NOT. Please work with the local HOA to enforce noise rules and/or invest in padding/sound proofing so that the unit is actually habitable.
