The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach #1074 is a beautiful one bedroom, two bath ocean view unit located on the courtyard corner of Tower II. It's 10th floor location provides expansive views that stretch from the lush West Maui mountains across the courtyard and out to Kaanapali Beach. Unit has been fully remodeled, brand new carpet, along with beautiful furnishings. King bed in master, and Queen sofa sleeper in living room

**PLEASE NOTE: This unit will only accommodate 2 people max. No exceptions.**

All condos at The Whaler feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, wi-fi and a large lanai (balcony).

In addition, this home includes a complimentary "Starter Kit" of supplies, upon arrival: Paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, new kitchen sponge with scrubber; several rolls of toilet tissue, kleenex, hotel-size bar soap, shampoo, and lotion. **Please note that the starter kit items are not replenished. We do not provide daily maid service, however it can be added for an additional cost.

Check-in time is 4:00pm; Check-out 10:00am

***Our minimum stay is 5 nights and 10 nights during the Christmas/New Years holiday. We have other comparable Whaler units, should this one not be available.

Daily Resort Fee: $33/day plus tax; and on April 1, 2025 it will increase to $35/day. This covers parking and all resort amenities and is payable upon arrival at the front desk.

*Love the island of Maui. Have stayed at the Whaler Condominiums for 37 years now and stayed in many of the various units, some excellent and some average, but overall very good standard and have all the facilities required. Would definitely recommend this particular unit at the Whaler as the place to stay. Lots of space and nicely decorated, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

*This unit's corner locale with large wrap around lanai was the perfect location to celebrate our 45th anniversary with family who were also staying at the Whaler. We've stayed many times at the Whaler and in a number of different units. This unit is among the nicer ones we've stayed in, with all the important elements well maintained - very clean, quiet ceiling fans, no moldy smell, and most furnishings and accoutrements in good repair. The two beach chairs were nice to have access to for beach days, and simple things like a small cold bag and some ice packs in the freezer made beach snacks easy. This was a working holiday for both of us so having the good WiFi in the unit was a definite plus. This is a delicate time for West Maui, with several thousand people still without stable, long-term housing. We realized on this trip that for our next visit in Spring, at least until the housing crisis is resolved, we'll avoid staying in these West Maui short-term rentals, but it was nice to be back for a quick visit.

The condo was even nicer than we expected, views were great, plenty of balcony space, kitchen was awesome, plenty of room for 4 people, we were only two. Staff was very nice, pool and fitness facility were great, easy walk to Whalers Village.

The Whaler is in an ideal location on a beautiful beach. The unit itself was just a described, very roomy and well appointed.

The apartment was very roomy and comfortable and clean. The views of the ocean and the mountains were beautiful. the staff working the building were very nice and friendly. the location was great and very close to Whalers village where there were good restaurants and shops. The only problem we had was with the hot water - we had to keep running water from different faucets until we could get hot water for a shower. It wasn't until the last day or two that they were able to fix it.

Very nice well appointed condo with beautiful ocean and mountain views. Communications with the property managers was quick, easy and efficient. I would highly recommend this condo and would look forward to booking it again in the future.

We chose this unit because we wanted both the ocean and mountain view, which were both spectacular. I enjoyed daily meditation and yoga on the balcony. We have a one year old so we spent a lot of time inside, but we never felt cooped up because the condo feels so luxurious, open and bright. It is very well maintained and clean which was very important to us... when we stay in hotels the baby’s eczema flares and his clothes get stained from the dirty carpets (gross) he loved playing on this soft clean carpet and it was so nice that we didn’t need to worry. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep and it was helpful to have a washer and dryer. The Whaler grounds are very pretty and well kept. The staff was friendly. The pool temperature is perfect and was a treat to have a jacuzzi. Kaanapali Beach is beautiful and my husband enjoyed snorkeling around and jumping off Black Rock. We would definitely return to this condo and recommend it to others :)
