Overall very good except the sofa seat was very old and hardly any cushion left. Tv connection issues keeping to need the reset hdmi inputs to make it work. Some light bulbs burned out. Bed baseboard was hitting her leg every time she was by.

What a stark cave of a room that looked NOTHING like the photos in the ad. No area rug, no side chair, no pillows, the sofa is now a black vinyl futon. It looks as if the owner furnished it with cast offs he found on the side of the road with a "Free" sign on them. Plus there was this weird raised track in the floor that separated the TV space from the sleeping space that was a constant toe stub/trip hazard. And the closet doors immediately came out of their tracks, so we lived out of our suitcase.
This was a huge disappointment. Unless you're looking for an end-of-day crash pad and you bring a full supply of beer and booze, save your money and look elsewhere. What a cra*hole.

This was a perfect place to stay! We enjoyed the local restaurants, as well as the 2 restaurants in the hotel. It was a great home base for our daily excursions.

The room was fine but the only sitting spot in the living room was a terribly uncomfortable futon/couch that was also suppose to be an extra bed. No way! Good spot for a single person only.

Easy check-in. If there are 3 people in your party, think about another place. The futon is very low and uncomfortable to sit on, probably worse to sleep on.

This unit is not suitable for more than 2 people, futon bed is unusable in LR missing furniture from photo. Wicker lanai furniture falling apart. Toaster oven missing tray. No drawers to store clothes. Smoke detector is non-functioning with exposed wiring a safety hazard. Obviously an investor property that needs serious upkeep attention. Next visit booked elsewhere. Only pro was location.

The view from balcony was nice, however the unit was not cleaned properly or well maintained. Hair on shower walls from previous rentals, bugs on floors in corners, faulty wall plug and toilet lever, broken latch on sliding door, deck furniture worn out.

We loved staying here. Both pools were nice. Location is everything. The walk to the lagoon everyday was the highlight. Will definitely stay again!

This property is ideally located between the Ala Moana Shopping Center and Waikiki - easy walking. The lanai is spacious with views of the marina and ocean (in the distance).
It has a well equipped kitchen.and comfortable bed. Sofa is a bit uncomfortable.
We enjoyed our week long stay!

The view and location were great close enough without being in the hustle and bustle! We got to enjoy the live music in the court yard from the balcony.
The room itself was a good size. It was nice to have the kitchen option. The cleanliness was not bad but there was room for improvement.
Parking in the marina behind the building was convenient, but also had options for valet and a parking garage close by.
There was a great beach within walking distance.
Friday nights there are fireworks.
Communication with property management was prompt and friendly.
Over all we would pick to stay here again without a doubt!

Everything was great; great location, great view, centrally located to everything. If there was only one thing to comment on it's this; for those of us that come over from Australia (and there are many of us), most flights arrive in the morning, by 11AM. Check in is at 3PM and to be charged a baggage storage fee until check-in is available, per bag, is a little much. Other hotels have adjusted their policies to allow for this and it should be noted to change a policy that that seems a little outdated at one of the most iconic hotels in Honolulu. Everything else about our stay was fabulous! Thank you!

Great location, comfortable property, updated decor! We had a very nice stay.
There was some difficulty opening and closing the closet doors but it seems they kept moving from the track. Most likely can be fixed and did not take away from our enjoyable stay.

This unit was a great place to stay. Beautiful view overlooking the marina and sunset. Comfortable King size bed and air conditioning. The futon was great for my 6 year old to sleep on. Full kitchen for all your cooking needs. It's a quick walk to the Hilton lagoon and the beach just beyond that. Right in the hotel you have stores and restaurant options. The pool was nice and peaceful.

Next to Hawaiian Village, located in nice Ilikai building, easy access to beach, a view of the Fri fireworks from the east side of the property, self parking was convenient and worked well for us, can't beat it for the price.

When I first arrived there was loud music from the restaurant below our unit which continued until 9 P.M every evening. It wouldn't have been a problem, however when we tried to use the A/C it had a very persistent musty odor so we had to leave the patio doors open our entire stay. The bedroom had a real musty smell as well. The unit needs a new A/C unit. We also got chewed up by some insect while staying in the unit. I would not recommend unless these things were fixed.

Just a neat little condo with a beautiful view! We enjoyed staying a few days. Parking valet was easy. Cinnamon’s had terrific breakfast. Convenient walk to the beach.
