The view is amazing, thank goodness for that. The dining room table only had three chairs, the picture shows six and a different table. We were told to bring a chair in from the lanai. It wouldn’t fit with the table. We were told he was going to get us another chair never happened. We play cards in the evenings. Had to move the living room chair in order to play. Kitchen refrigerator light was burned out, pots and pans were dirty, counter weren’t clean. The bed stated a King which was two twins pushed together. Curtains in the whole place need to be replaced white with water stains all over them. Door wall doors don’t close all the way. Couch was old and cracked. The bathroom has a raised toilet which is a trip and fall hazard. The shower and the rack by the shower is rusty and dirty. The floors are beautiful, it’s about the only thing.
With all that said we did get $600.00 back for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t stay here again, if I were to make a suggestion move on past this listing.

The view was fantastic, however the owners need to go in and fix several things that are in need of repair. Example one dining room table chair was stashed away in closet broken, the floor boards in kitchen area need be replaced due water damage. Fabric on bar chair was torn. Be aware only one bathroom has a shower and the other only has bathtub
Be aware the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel next door is on strike and you must tolerate picketers loudly using bull horns from 8a-8p and you will hear them at the pool or when you are sitting on balcony! This was very annoying and we should of been advised that this was going on next door!

Everything was perfect except pool always out of towels regardless of time of day and cleaning lady showed up at 10:30 when my contract papers clearly says 11:00.

When we walked into the unit, it smelled stuffy with a very pungent odor and old as if there was no air ever circulating in the unit. The furniture is old, unattractive and functionally obsolete. The white drapes had brown watermark stains throughout. The bathrooms were filled with soap scum and the AC vents were riddled with lint (my husband and son suffer from bad allergies). I brought this to the attention of the host, they agreed to a refund of $500 and to send a cleaner the next day. That cleaner only showed up to clean the one standing shower and then left. For our first time in Hawaii, the stay at this unit put a damper on it - especially at the price point we paid. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone - not even an enemy. Now, onto the pros...the view from the balcony is great as is the hotel itself.

This is a great place to stay in Waikiki. Wonderful views, in an excellent waterfront hotel. Surfing out the front door. And a relaxing place to come home to.

The view and location was perfect, but the condo need some TLC. Definitely was not for 6 people. The sofa bed was not possible to sleep on. Fortunately there was a air matress that save the day.

If your #1 priority is having a fantastic view then this is your place! It has a panoramic view of the ocean/harbor and city.
It also has a piano for those of you who are inclined to play.
The furniture is a little dated and we had a few issues while we were there but nothing earth shattering. The owner was very responsive and the check in/out process is very easy. The unit is high enough to get a good view but low enough not to have to wait as long for an elevator.
All in all it was a good stay.

Property was filthy, frying pans with dried on eggs and dirty oil , the shower hasn't been cleaned in years, tv in main room didn't work, sliding door didn't join together or lock, dishes where greasy, cooker oven set of alarm , rocking chair on veranda couldn't be used as bottom was ripped, no chair's on small veranda , taps in shower room basin had no flow only a trickle of water from both taps . The whole flat is dated and needs upgrading.

When you walk in, the first thing you see is the view of the ocean. It's a corner unit with two balconies and windows galore. Open concept floor plan, nice kitchen. Had some snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach chairs which was nice. It could use some work, paint, shower door and some additional furnishings like a coffee table. Patio chairs were a bit beat up. The dinning table had only two chairs, plus two bar chairs, a little awkward. A/C was terrific which a life saver. One bathroom has a little privacy issue and has a jacuzzi tub. Not sure if it worked, but it would seem a shower would be ideal and enclosed bathroom. However, the location and view is terrific and we're not there to stay in the room all day.

The views and proximity are great. The property could use a little maintenance and updating, but really how often are you in the room in Hawaii.
The property manager was very accommodating and easy to work with on our trip.

We were three adults who stayed at the property for eight days. The room was on the 10th floor at the Ilikai hotel. Parking at the hotel was $45 a day which was very steep so we ended up packing a car at the Illikai Oahu marina for $28 a day. The property was listed as two bedroom two bath. Both rooms had a king bed however, only one bathroom had a shower, so it ended up being quite tight for the entire duration of our stay. Bathroom in the main bedroom had no privacy as anyone in the bedroom could see right through the bathroom. During our first night, the water in the toilet overflowed, we did get in touch with the owner immediately who was quite prompt and responsive, however, were given it was a weekend we had to wait until Monday morning for the plumber to help the fix was done on Monday morning and we had no issues post that. This unit does not have a washer dryer however, there is a common laundry on the same floor and they charged us eight dollars for both the washer and dryer each. That was a tad annoying. Do you need to spacious and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.

The location at Ililkai is always excellent. Condo was roomie but ill-equipped: 1 dishtowel, no dishwasher soap, furniture was early American rummage sale, curtains filthy, paint chipped (I have pics). I had I to reach out to property owner prior to arrival for check in instructions. After that, I could text throughout visit. I was able to check in an hour early. Thought I could sleep six comfortably, but only four, so made my daughter stay at other daughter's apartment. Not happy. Wouldn't stay there again. I will look for other Ililkai location.

We were so impressed when we entered the condo and saw the beautiful view of the marina and ocean. We were in Oahu for our daughter’s wedding and it was roomy enough for several guests to visit and have snacks and drinks. I highly recommend.

We stayed at this property for more than a week for a big family reunion in Oahu. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a wonderful view of the Ilikai marina. We were able to fit 6, with our kids on the pull out couch and grandma in her own bedroom. We would happily stay here again.

Great space with beautiful view, centrally located to everything. Great space to celebrate a 60th and 30th birthday. Short walk to Luau, Lagoon, paddle boarding, sunset cruise, great restaurants and beautiful beaches. You can do everything or nothing.
