Inside, there is plenty of seating to relax, dine and just hang out. The kitchen provides the perfect spot to prepare meals in.
Papakea B408 features a split air conditioning system located in the living area. The 1 bedroom + loft bedroom can accommodate up to six guests and offers a nice ocean view of the neighboring islands to Maui. You'll feel at home the moment you step inside with a tropical color scheme of cool blues and Hawaiian inspired furniture and each room has a ceiling fan.
Step into the dreamy bedroom featuring a King size bed; spacious and tastefully decorated, you will be sure to enjoy a good night's sleep after a day in the sun. Just off the bedroom and hallway is the bathroom which has a tub shower and ample storage. The upstairs loft bedroom has a bathroom and 2 Twin beds. The Twin beds can be converted into a King if requested. Lastly, for extra guests, there is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living area.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush, landscaped grounds, freshwater koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk/security service as well as plenty of open parking.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive from historic Lahaina Town and close to both Ka'anapali and Kapalua world class golf courses. There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.
When booking with My Perfect Stays, your unit comes with beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. A complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap as well as starter essentials will also be provided upon arrival.
Effective January 29th, 2025, through June 1, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Some parts of the building will start this work soon, and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. The ocean view from the unit was beautiful. The resort is well maintained but the unit needs updating, please put a clean shower curtain and the dishwasher was leaking on our second day😩.

We loved our stay. The ocean views and calm setting made our stay very enjoyable. My two boys shared the loft and slept so well. We had everything we needed for the beach and everything we needed for making our own meals and enjoying some quiet time. We would highly recommend this spot !

My family and I enjoyed this property! The location is great, there is restaurants, coffee shops, groceries stores and more within walking distance. The unit was clean and confortable with all your basic necessities. The only downside was that the condo complex doesn’t have a sandy beach area for the kids and with the retaining wall where the water is I don’t think it’s safe for the kids. But that wasn’t a problem for us because there’s plenty of beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away. A huge plus was that the sunsets area is stunning where they have the water access.

Unit needs renovating. Bath tub facet was leaking upon arrival and maintenance said they would have to have a plumber repair it. Lanai door extremely difficult to open/close. Portable ice maker had mold in it and refrigerator ice maker produced smelly ice.

This is a really really amazing place to stay on Maui! This was our first visit to Maui (and Hawaii) and Papakea B408 delivered on every level! The condo was clean and comfortable and had absolutely everything you could think of - including a beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to anything you might want to do on Maui. Snorkeling just steps away (and they had all the snorkel gear you'd need), close to a great coffee place and farmers market. The condo itself is literally perfect! We would stay here again and again! 5 stars!!
