We had a flood in our condo on our first full day in Hawaii...the janitorial staff did take care of this immediately.
The "air conditioning" was ineffective and always had an error message and did not provide any cooling.
Received a message from host saying shower gel and coffee were available...shower gel was so watered down it was thinner than water. We had enough coffee to make just one pot. Had to continually ask for more toilet paper.
One plus...parking was included in fees charged, but, I recommend continuing your research.

We had a decent stay for 6 nights. There were 5 of us and having 1 bathroom was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. Being able to cook in the unit was a plus and the assigned parking spot was very convenient. Hanging out on the balcony was also very nice.

Overall we enjoyed the property and the fun items available to you: boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. TV doesn’t work, just heads up. But Wi-Fi works, only one room has ac, the other one doesn’t. And the parking was a total nightmare. Compact, fifth floor, very confusing elevator system (two separate entries and exits for one parking building but not all will work), and the security guards for the parking building were very paranoid and aggressive, esp towards our minority family members. Aside from all this, we enjoyed the friendly condo building managers and the clean pool and access to grill.

Security was great and parking was relatively convenient. The condo is in need of repair but was cleanliness was acceptable. Does not have central air and the portable units are noisy. Probably would not go back but it work ok for us.

The property is just as described. I stayed here for five nights with my family. Both the property owners and the on-site management were very helpful. The answered questions I had. The communication was great.

Overall, this condo was very good. It was exactly as stated. It was a little tight for five of us, but we knew that with only one bathroom we’d have that. It was comfortable, though.
Like others have said, it is right downtown, so there is street noise. We knew to expect that, so it didn’t bother us. Appreciated that each room had a fan in it, which could mask the noise.
The balcony was great - loved sitting out there in the mornings with coffee.
There was a little hiccup with check-in, but Julio was able to take care of everything fairly quickly.

Overall property was clean and easy to find. Very easy to go a short drive to go grocery shopping or pick up food from nearby restaurants. We felt very safe staying at this condo. Condo was perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. There was some traffic noise but by the second day we didn't even notice it. The only downfall was that the parking was across the street in another building, but it was easy to access, and that building was also very secure. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo easy to access and was as appeared online. Beach supplies were an added bonus. Some restaurants and shops and beach within a 10 min walk while Waikiki is 20 mins plus. Easy to Uber around to other sights. We had a fun time!

Property in need of lots of updates and it could have been cleaner. Kitchen utensils and pans are not in good shape. However, if you just want a place to stay and to sit on the balcony at night and enjoy the lights and the trade winds you will do fine here. Do not stay here if you are used to a lovely home or if you are looking for island green tropical secluded getaway.

The unit was very clean & comfortable as advertised. Location is perfect very close to the iconic Waikiki beach as well as very close to all amenities in the vibrant Honolulu downtown.
Owners were very helpful and allowed us a late check out on our fly out day which was very nice considering that flight was late that evening.
My family and me really enjoyed our stay from August 20th to August 30, 2023 and look forward to renting this unit in future.

As much as I hate to leave a bad review anywhere, this unfortunately was not a good stay. My family and I arrived late at night ready to get in bed, we were unable to get the key to get inside the condo and had to call for someone to come at 12am. Then to our surprise the place was not clean, we had to wait for sheets to be put on one of the beds. The floors were not cleaned properly as well as the kitchen and bathroom. Realistically there was nothing we could do considering we had booked this 6 months in advance. We ended up getting a few cleaning supplies at our expense so that we were more comfortable for the week we were there. The bathroom trash can had mold in it, the stove in the kitchen was covered in grease and food. Both bedrooms were a complete fire hazard being them both having fans that were hardwired, and one of them missing a smoke alarm where you could clearly tell there was supposed to be one. As a whole I was very disappointed the only good things I have to say about this place was the location, it was a few minute walk to restaurants and the beach. In all honesty I would not recommend :(

The place is very nice and close to everything. Beach, malls and restaurants are all convenient just by walking and explore at the same time. This Condo is very safe and gated. We enjoyed staying here and just enough for 5 people. There’s even extra sofa bed for 2 more persons and they have extra inflatable bed. They have beach chairs and beach umbrella you could borrow if you’re going to the beach. So I definitely recommend this and they have a free parking across the condo that is designanted for the unit you are staying. They even have extra airconditioning for the livingroom and masters br. It is centralized but the air will not accomodate the whole room if its too hot outside so the extra portable air condition helps makes your stay better. Thank you to Julio who’s been the contact person there. He’s very accomodating and he make sure we’re checked in good. 🌺🙏 mahalo Hawaii

We were looking for an affordable place for our blended family of six. This was tight and having only one bathroom required some juggling but we made it work. If city noise isn't your thing, do not stay here. There are sirens, loud vehicles, etc constantly. The location of this property has pluses and minuses. It is pretty close to things in Honolulu, but it is not exactly a relaxing spot. We did really enjoy the balcony and spent quite a bit of time out there. We also appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrellas to use.

Great location! We loved the garage parking spot so we could go to and fro without worrying where to park. The city views were excellent. Overall, ot was a very convenient spot and would love to come back again.
Other things to note: No ADA ramp in the front entrance, so we had to lift the stroller a few times up and down the stairs to get to the lobby. We noticed that the beds were a bit on the softer side. I prefer a firm bed, so the firm sofa bed was great for me.

Overall, property was as advertised. It was great to have beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas available for use. Free parking was a plus. Property would benefit from a deep clean around AC vents. Beds were comfortable.

The condo was exactly as show and described. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but Julio (manages condo on the island) arranged for us to be able to drop off our luggage and our son's baseball equipment to clear our our car. This allowed us to start our vacation as soon as we arrived. He also offered his assistance with things to do and places to eat. The condo had a fold up razor scooter and our 16 year old son loved it! He rode it around the week while we were there as his teammates were staying at different locations. This was definitely an unexpected bonus. Having a dedicated and secured parking stall was important to us as this allowed us to come and go and not have to worry. Yes, the street is busy and can be loud. But, surprisingly, it didn't bother me much. I am an extremely light sleeper and was worried about that. Yet, I only used the supplied ear plugs one night. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for the views. Would recommend and would book again shall we decide to visit Oahu again😊

This is an efficiently laid-out apartment in the heart of Waikiki. It has everything you need! We loved that there was beach stuff. It was very easy to check-in. The price is great. Parking is included, which makes it an even better bargain. We found it a little tight for our group of 6 adults- but that was on us- as the apartment was exactly as pictured online. The master bed wasn't super comfortable for a member of our party that had back issues, but everyone else was happy.
