We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Our condo was spotless when we arrived and we loved having all the utensils and dishes for our meals. We walked to the beach everyday and figured it took us less than 5 minutes to get there. There is a Safeway, Ross, and ice cream shop across the street too. We can’t recommend this property enough!

We arrived and found the condo to be in a central location to restaurants and shopping, which was nice. The unit was clean, bright and the neighbors were very friendly. We found it to be just as advertised. We did have a small bump with the Wi-Fi connection, but the site management responded immediately and the issue was quickly resolved. We were very pleased and would recommend this condo for your stay in Kauai.

Overall we had a great time. The unit is set up in a way that is perfect for families - a king size bedroom, and a den with a sleeper sofa for the kids, in addition to the living area. For the price, that set up could not be beat! The unit itself could use a little sprucing up, but was overall fine. One of the pools did not seem to be heated while we were there, but the other one was warm enough to swim in. My kids LOVED exploring the beach here and looking for sea cucumbers - I think they liked that more than some of the days we spent at more swimmable beaches.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks on our honeymoon and it was a great place to stay! The suite had everything we needed in the kitchen and also had brand new beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards! There was also a small cooler for the beach. We loved the two pools and beach access and the location was great (easy to get to anywhere on the island and plaza across the street).

Nice location, road noise was a bit loud. Back of complex would likely be better. Parking space was t clearly marked, very difficult to find in dark.

The location of this property was great! Convenient that safeway was across the street (walking distance) and in-between Poipu and Hanalei. Having reserved parking and the extra pull out sofa option was great. Hardly anyone used the pool. Overall happy with our stay!

We had a great stay! The unit was clean and close to shops, beaches and restaurants. This complex however doesn't have an elevator so you do need to haul your luggage up 3 flights of stairs, as well it is close to a busy road so getting in and out can be tricky. We really enjoyed the unit and the property management was fantastic and easy to reach. We would absolutely stay there again.

The picture in the add that I looked at when booking was a ground floor unit facing the beach. We got a third floor unit in building away from beach. I have really bad knees and there is no elevator so this was a problem.

Single bedroom layot with annex foldout couch for 2nd couple. Tight with one bathroom. Unit was in 2nd Building further from beach. Marketing implied unit would be in U-shaped building at beach. North building next to busy highway with road noise and sirens. Won't recommend. North building 3 flights of stairs. South building elevator.

Our family of 4 stayed in unit 319. Pro’s Kitchen was stocked fairly well and even had salt, pepper and oil (along with a few other spices etc). We ate 1-2 meals in the suite each day and I don’t think we ever felt there was ‘something’ missing. There were two smaller coolers and some ice packs. These came in very handy and were very much appreciated.. There were 4 boogie boards in good shape. There was lots of bedding choices as well as pillow choices. AC was nice but we made use of the multiple fans for the most part. If we were out for the day and needed to cool the place off quickly the ac was great. The units themselves are quiet. I don’t think we ever heard our neighbours. The pools were clean and well kept. The ping pong table was great (but could use a few more paddles). Location was nice and central. We walked to a lot of places (bike/walking path is awesome!) and having the shopping centre nearby for groceries was handy. We still recommend having a car though. There was a great gift pack for the start of our stay. Very nice. I think there were a few sand toys as well but didn’t really notice what or how much as our kids are older. There was enough amenities such as dish soap etc but we almost ran out of toilet paper. The shampoo, conditioner etc was really nice (smelled great). Cons There is no coin laundry as advertised. We packed light planning to do laundry on site so we disappointed that there wasn’t any. When we asked Vacasa they gave us the address of a nearby laundromat. It was clean and quick, but inconvenient to be off site. During the busier times the road noise can get loud, especially the sirens. But it wasn’t bad at night/for sleeping. The space wasn’t quite big enough for all 4 of us to relax in the same room. The living space has a love seat and a chair. There is only one mirror in the bathroom. One more somewhere else in the suite would be nice. Overall we were happy with the space. The location was ideal for our family.

Condo was beautiful and clean. Other than running out of toilet paper, we have absolutely no complaints or concerns! I want to stay here again. Beach access is easy and the tide pools have lots of critters to see. This small condo complex is clan and quiet. Easy access to everything on the island.

Perfect size for our short vacay. My husband and I took our 2 kids (4 and 5 yr old) and it was just perfect for our 5 day trip. It would have been tight staying much longer than this though. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of beach accessories (cooler, grass mats, towels, boogie boards). Safeway and Starbucks are walkable across the street and the beach and pool are RIGHT there. Overall perfect stay, especially for the price!

This condo is clean, and well equipped. All appliances in the kitchen worked well. Some supplies, such as dish soap, coffee filters, paper towels, etc. were provided. The linens were nice and the bed was very comfortable. There was a small lanai equipped with a table and some chairs. Overall it was nice and clean and everything worked. The pool was small, and, during our stay, no one used it. Location was excellent. It is about a mile to the old Kapaa town and a easy drive to the Princeville as well as to the beaches in the south. There is a Safeway grocery across the street. We bought groceries for breakfast and a couple dinner meals and ate on the lanai. This condo is located on the third floor. . .no elevator. There is beach access, but your view from the lanai is the parking lot for the resort next door. So, this is a nice quiet place to stay. You need to be able to climb stairs and have a rental car to experience the gorgeous island of Kauai.
