Clean, safe accommodations! Had everything we needed to go to the beach or go out on day trips from body boards to coolers. Very private with a nice pool and good size lanais to watch and hear the Ocean!

Ali’i Villas is a small complex with a pool. The sound of surf breaking on lava masks the sound of cars on Ali’i drive. A sand beach, restaurant and convenience store with in a 10 minute walk. Plenty to do in driving range.

Vacation is always pleasant, especially if you find a cozy place to stay. I love the city of Kona and where we stayed was very convenient to downtown Kona. I have stayed at this condominium more than once and each time I am amazed at the friendliness of the owners and managers. It was nice to live in a clean, comfortable condominium and enjoy the opportunity to swim in the saltwater pool and watch sunsets right on the oceanfront of the condominium complex.

Very clean condominium unit. All basic cleaning materials for cleaning were included, didn't need to buy any additional items like soap or laundry detergent even though we did.
Compared to other local units in the area, this one had been updated recently. We enjoyed not having a bunch of small issues like we have in the past at similar offerings in Hawaii.
Big recommend from our family for this unit.

Excellent accommodations, beautiful grounds, refreshing pool. Close enough to town but not too close for loud traffic or nightlife.
Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, luggage stands in the closet were a great help, and providing dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap was thoughtful. Extras in the condo included beach towels, coolers, and local maps and guidebooks.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and in a great location. Check in was super easy, bed was comfortable, and the condo complex has beautiful tropical landscaping, great pool, and is on the ocean loved it!

The pictures are accurate for this condo. It was in a great location, with benches to watch the sunset every night. We got a bonus with the Women's Ironman cranking up and there were many extra people in town. That actually was fun. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed was comfy. They had plenty of fans to ensure it wasn't too warm. The code to the pool wasn't current, so that took a bit to get the correct one. It's a little over 1.5 miles to downtown and that was a great distance. The only real complaint was the floors were not cleaned before we arrived. I hope we were the only ones that had that issue and it was just an oversight. We would definitely stay here again.
