Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features, an oceanfront pool and hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas and fitness center. Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua.
Paki Maui 316 is a 1-bedroom spacious unit that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy your meals at the inside dining table for two or eat out in your private lanai overlooking the beautiful, landscaped gardens. This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen so all you need is to bring your groceries upon arrival. Ceiling fans and additional electric fans are utilized for cooling purposes since unit does not have AC.
The bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed with beautiful Hawaiian theme decor throughout. The ensuite bathroom features a shower/tub combination perfect to enjoy after a long Maui adventure. This unit does not have air conditioning. This unit stays cool with ceiling fans throughout. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. This unit does have elevator access.
My Perfect Stays will provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap as well as a starter kit of essentials.
There are no resort or parking fees at the resort.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests!

I distinguish the property from the administration here. Property was ok (older but well maintained). Location was good (near essential shopping and beside a beachfront park). competitively priced condo near Kaanapali. Beach is a 5 minutes walk down stairs. Great take fish place is across the street and food trucks are down the street. Development was mostly quiet after 10. There is no AC and no in unit washer-dryer and pricing reflects this. Bedroom closet sliding doors are sticky and prone to not closing. The bed is about four feet off the floor and is the highest bed I have ever slept in. There is a blow up bed in the closet and with the sofa in the living room this would be a good fit for families, college. istudents and budget conscious travelers like me.

The unit is very well located in Lahaina, close to great dining and shopping options. The condo's beach is very nice and great for viewing sunsets and it was well equipped with everything we needed. We spent 3 weeks there and we had a great time. Two small comments that keep this from being 5 stars is that the unit is very warm, even with the fans that are provided. This is not the owners fault, just the location of the apartment in the building. Also the pull out bed sheets had some stains.

Paki Maui is a great condo for families, couples, any age group! It is in a great location next to a beach park and shops, a short drive to Whaler's Village and Lahaina. West Maui is quiet and cozy. Paki Maui is an older condo but very well maintained. 316 was clean and cozy, well equipped for our stay. Being the summer and the week we spent was pretty warm it was surprisingly comfortable, but being from Texas we are used to air conditioning so it took a couple days to adjust to sleeping with windows open and fans! Stronger fans would be helpful in the bedroom for those muggy summer nights but if you don't mind the sofa bed the living room stays nice and cool and the sounds of the garden and fountain are very soothing! Communication was excellent with My Perfect Stays and we felt confident that if we would have had an issue it would have been addressed promptly. Check in/out procedure was easy! We will definitely be back to Maui, Paki Maui and would love to rent from MPS again!

Location was amazing! A beach right outside the condo near a lot of shops and farmers market within walking distance. Other beaches are 10 minutes away it's about 20 min from the Lahaina strip. Communication between staff was great!. Pretty quiet at night no loud disturbances. You have everything you need to cook as well. Would def recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Paki Maui 316. A quiet, clean and comfortable unit. Nice amenities, with extra supplies that made our stay a breeze. The bed seemed newer and was really nice. Lots of storage, beach supplies and wonderful location. Well organized and simple check in process.
