Absolutely loved these place. Beautiful location with plenty to do within walking distance or a very short drive. Only problem was finding the unit once we got there, but besides that it was perfect.

Can opener was rusty and unusable, some of the basics like sugar and coffee weren’t provided although they said they would—not a dealbreaker but just not as advertised. I’m glad they provided tons of fans because the humidity made it almost unbearable. Some of the fixtures need updating, e.g., bathroom curtains almost falling apart, door frames with cracks, closet doors that don’t latch, etc.
Overall very clean and comfortable but definitely needs some updating.

This was a great place with all of the amenities that we needed. The only thing is that there are multiple things that should be replaced. The shower curtain rod is askew, as well as the toilet paper holder. Otherwise it was clean and cooled down quite a bit in the evening 💕

We had a great stay while here! The location was great. Right next to the golf course and close to the Princeville shopping plaza and grocery. We were able to walk to Hideaway Beach down the road and the drive to Hanalei Bay was no more than 10 minutes. The place was clean and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on! Would recommend it here.

With jealousies (louvre windows) you don’t always feel like you have privacy and we could hear everything they said! Not a fault of this property but bad timing!

The unit was great and significantly bigger than we expected. It contained all the amenities listed (and more) and communion with the host was easy. The only point I would suggest keeping on mind is that, although unit looks close enough to the beach on the map, it's actually either a 15min drive or ~30min dirt road hike.

Robyn has the condo stocked with a great variety of household items, beach gear, and everything you need for a great stay. Staying in Princeville was really ideal and a very nice neighborhood. Beach chairs, cooler, water shoes and snorkel gear were nice, the bed was comfortable and the smart tv was an added plus.

The lanai floor is terrible looks dirty and gross could use some paint or tile it like a number of the others lanais in the complex. Also the chairs on the lanai are very uncomfortable there are no cushions on them even though the pictures in the listing show cushions. The outside entrance light does not work so accessing the property late at night as we did is hard to find with no lighting. In previous rentals we have been in the owners always had a book listing locations of items in the property (i.e. pool and garbage disposal) and listed things to do and restaurants in the area, beaches or other recreation facilities. Needs a really good thorough cleaning. The location was perfect and the pool area and the landscaping of the complex was fantastic.

Clean modern place, with screens and fans to keep you comfortable. Access to the swimming pool and hot tub was so nice at the end of the day. The extra couch bed and blow up beds worked great for our kids. Nice big shower. The king bed was very comfortable and bedding nice. There were lots of breach/picnic supplies provided on the patio. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to provide a few more lightweight blankets. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay!

is beautiful. The apartment has a nice up-to-date touch, but I think the property needs stronger fans it might be because of the time of the year, but it was sometimes uncomfortable. Sometimes the cable was not working.This is the first time I went on vacation without staying in a hotel me personally, I would continue staying in a hotel.

Cute condo. Large bedroom with adjoining bath. The kitchen is minimally but adequately equipped. It features a long countertop with good lighting. A plus is a large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. The dinning table is for four, the seating area has a sofa and large chair and tables. The unit includes full size washer and drier. We would have preferred air conditioning in the bedroom. However fans and breezes kept us reasonably comfortable.The large deck was filled with coolers, umbrellas, and chairs and was greatly appreciated!

The property had all the essentials we needed - coffee for a morning, beach towels, laundry detergent, small coolers, and more - which was especially nice since we arrived late in the evening & did not have time to get some of these things right away. The beds were extremely comfortable (even the pull out couch). Parking was convenient. Nearby walking paths & close access to Princeville, Hanalei, & other activities on the North Shore. Would highly recommend.

First of all it is Kauai ~ aka Paradise.
We stayed almost 2 months in this space and did receive the monthly discount.
The two BEST things about this place:
1. Water Heater. It was amazing and able to take long hot showers.
2. The King Bed. This mattress was great! Which is very important. Although we had a blanket meant for a mainland winter. Something lighter or even a quilt would have been nice.
The icemaker in the freezer, the rice cooker, the electric hot water kettle, plastic wrap and aluminum foil were nice as well.
Really everything else is irrelevant.
The cabinets and drawers that do not close properly in the kitchen, the very limited supplies: dishwasher, dish soap and personal products.
A hand soap in the bathroom would have been great! (We left one along with a full size shampoo/conditioner and body wash. In the scheme of things that is cheap and would have felt so generous with the cost of everything.)
We did have friends join us for a week and they used the pullout couch bed. They said it was pretty good. Please note the setup of this place means the living room guest must go into the bedroom for use of the bathroom as it is in the bedroom space.
We chose this place for location, price discount and the lanai space. As it is our 5th stay on island and we always stay in a vacation rental we seek out a good lanai space. But there is no cushions as depicted in the photos so it is pretty uncomfortable to hangout there too long. And the lanai could use a deep clean.
Really the place is good. If it just had a little more attention to details it would be amazing! Cushions for the lanai, beach towels that are for the pool would be great not just colored bath towels. Maybe a welcome book or something that feels more personal.
We did have a dryer issue and that was fixed promptly.
As people who were there a decent amount of time and own two vacation rentals it was overall good.
The pool/hot tub/grilling area is FANTASTIC!
*TIP: Be sure to hit costco for supplies (same price as the mainland) and your fuel.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting the North Shore of Kauai, and we loved it! The space is new, clean, and has lots of space to relax. The neighborhood is idyllic with walking paths and nearby beach access. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board. The location is convenient with Anini and Hanalei beach nearby and Tunnels not that far. Another convenience is the nearby grocery store. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here! The location and neighborhood were very nice! I appreciated all the little touches like the good smelling soaps, laundry detergent, outdoor gear and coolers as well as the plastic leftover containers that we did need. It was nice to have conveniences of home! The two drawbacks were no AC (and we were there during a heat wave) and not enough places to hang towels. There were 6 of us (4 kids) and we had our bath towels strewn everywhere due to there not being enough towel racks. (That’s always one gripe I have about hotels too.) Other than that, our stay was completely enjoyable and we would definitely stay there again if we come back to Kauai!

We found this little gem at the last minute when we extended our vacation. The condo is in the perfect location in the North Shore. I did not do a good job at reading the description of the unit as there is not any air conditioning. This was not an issue as the owner provides a lot of fans. Plus the weather does cool down at night. We did a Turo rental and the parking was nice and free. The pool and hot tub at the condo was very nice. Very short drive to Foodland for groceries. This really was a very nice unit with a lot of upside.

The property is just lovely. My husband and I booked because of how modern it looked and were pleasantly surprised with our stay. It was spacious and has a nice layout. The living room couches did have a smell to them so we mostly stayed off of that and if we did relax it was on the bed. We did run into an issue with the water heater going out but it was resolved within 24 hours. The location is great to go in and out of Princeville if you are looking to stay up north. It is close to grocery stores and food options and we even walked to the local farmers market! Definitely recommend this stay.

The house is recently remodeled and nicely maintained. It’s located at great location and community with amazing mountain view from the outside street.
One thing I would like to mention is that the host responds to any query quickly, which is a huge plus in case you need any help. And they have property manager also with availability during day and night.

The condo itself was amazing. It was clean, updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I was very impressed with the amount of beach equipment available, but very sad at how others had treated the stuff. Rinse and clean what you use! The only negative, which you'll find in any condo community here, is that your neighbors are VERY easily heard because everyone's doors and windows are all open. This condo definitely helped us have a wonderful time here in Kauai, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location in Princeville! Condo was updated, clean, comfortable-just as it appears in the picture. The King bed was AMAZING. Great communication with owner...the coffee pot wasn't working when we arrived, and I let Robyn know, and there was a new one waiting for us when we returned that day. I loved getting up and jogging on the walking path. So close to Hanalei and the Foodmart. Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be to add some hooks for towels and just general hanging of things. We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!

We adored this place. It was absolutely perfect for us, we really enjoyed coming back to the room at the end of the day to relax and get comfortable. The community was so nice we took plenty of walks around the golf course. We didn’t realize at first that you are about two minutes away from Queens Bath! You must check it out and soak in the scenery. I recommend staying at this place when you visit Kauai, 10/10!!

We appreciated the lanai on a quiet street, the bbq grill, and a very pleasant pool. But most important, its location meant that some spectacularly beautiful beaches were only a short drive away.

We enjoyed the property and host was extremely helpful and communicative. I would recommend this place and would stay again in the fixture. Be aware that if you get back late night your parking spot may be taken on weekends. We had someone park in our spot twice. There is typically no guest or free parking in evenings. So just wanted to give a heads up on this. This is not owners fault though. We also loved the pool and property’s beach gear to use while there.

This condo was absolutely perfect. It was in a beautiful neighborhood very close to shops and beach. There’s a great little walking/running trail steps away. The condo is very clean and has everything you could need. The beds were large and comfortable, there were really nice air mattresses for some of the kids, all appliances were new, washer and dryer came in very handy. There’s also a pool right there with a hot tub and grill. I would LOVE to go back!!

This place was just absolutely beautiful! It was our dream home, my girlfriend and I loved staying here. It made our 1 year anniversary extra special. It was the cheapest place out of all the islands we’ve been staying at too! And was giant! It had everything you need and was so clean and stunning. The bed was so nice, the couch also pulled out into a bed and there was a blowup mattress. Extra pillows and bedding and lots of towels. There were fans as well as beach towels. We just spent 3 nights at Robyn’s condo in Princeville before heading down to Poipu for a week. Let me just say, Robyn has thought of just about everything to make your stay beyond comfortable. The furnishings are lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped for any cooking you might chose to do. The beach supplies are all you could possibly need. And the location is very convenient to most of the activities you might want to do on the north end of the island.
We would definitely come back to this condo!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kauai and Robyn's condo was the perfect location from which to explore all that the North Shore has to offer. Hideaway Beach is just minutes away and Anini isn't much farther. It was also easy to walk to the shops, supermarket, and restaurants in Princeville and just a short 5-10 minute drive to Hanalei.
The condo is clean and well equipped. We wished it had AC because we were there during a really warm week, but we knew that it didn't ahead of time and we made the most of the fans that were provided. It definitely beat spending 3x the cost to stay at the nearby Princeville Resort.

This listing was PERFECT!!! Perfectly furnished & stocked with beach equipment to coffee to linens...photos are just how the place looks and feels. The pool was steps from the condo for a relaxing afternoon. The location is ideal and is in a beautiful setting. We spent most of the daytime hours exploring so didn't really notice not having AC due to being out and about all day. I would stay there again in a minute. Having a designated parking spot was great too. Robyn answered right away when we had a question. This was an amazing trip. Thank you for everything.

All amenities exactly as described with few nice unexpected additions to welcome us such as can of macadamia nuts and selection of chocolate samples that was a nice welcome. The family loved the local touches including Hawaiian shampoo and conditioner available. Check in process was very easy and as described. Owner very proactive and timely and responsive with all communications.

Whole experience was seamless. The property has everything we needed - with a well stocked kitchen we were able to have some home cooked meals, and had beach chairs mats towels coolers and even some beach toys and snorkel gear for kids, and washer dryer too! Super convenient and we loved staying here. The pool was close by and BBQ available. It would be even more perfect if it had AC, but I understand many condos in Kauai do not have. There was a minor issue with another car being parked in our assigned spot but Robyn was super responsive and addressed the issue right away. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Kauai

We stayed for a week at Robin’s apartment. As previous visitors were saying – nice, clean, comfortable, well stock apartment, we didn’t miss anything to have a great vacation. Robin is a great host and she was going great lengths to make our stay enjoyable
I think most of the apartments/houses in Kauai do not have air-conditioning, overnight temperature go down to 60s and through the shutters it cools down the house, also the air is replenished all day long with clean air from outside - Hawaii has the cleanest air in the world, why wouldn't we enjoyed it . I loved that feature, you also wake up and go to bed with the bird singing , live by the nature rules, on a beautiful island.

We loved staying here, as North is our favorite part of the island. I did not need to contact the owner once we arrived, it was all just as it should be. I like the older style condo, but with the upgraded decor.
We used the cooler and beach matts, and enjoyed all the provided goodies in the super well equipped kitchen. This condo is beautifully designed, comfy and practical. Very happy we chose this one, and would stay longer if our friends hadn't offered their house! Hope to come back some day.

This property was newly renovated (my guess) because it was spotless, clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was great! beach stuff was provided although we didn't end up using it, it was so nice that it was available. I would say the only draw-back that I didn't realize before booking was that there is no AC. The windows close with shutters which is different then typical windows that I'm used to on the main land side. HOWEVER this allowed us to hear the rain and the outside sounds which were comforting. It isn't anything I would change about the place, but its something I didn't realize before booking. Overall though this was an amazing spot to stay and made our spectacular trip all the better!

I would like to give the pros and cons of renting this unit from Robyn. Cons need to go first because I NEED to get this out of the way :(
CONS: That we had to leave Kauai :( I have been to this island several times, and every single time I have been, I want to just throw all my stuff away and live in Kauai. It is like no where else on this planet.
PROS: Renting from Robyn was 5 stars all around. She is very laid back and accommodating. We didn't really have much contact with each other during the course of the trip, but any thing that did come up was answered/remedied right away. We were all very pleased with the rental and how nice and new it was, and I am more than sure if we have a chance to visit the island again soon, we will rent from Robyn again :)
