Strict quiet hours begin at 8pm and are enforced at 9pm. All outdoor activity must be moved inside by 9pm. No parties. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential neighborhood.The rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room.This unit is located on the second floor; elevators are not available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
