AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet, secure WiFi access, and free local and US Mainland phone calls. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach towels are not provided but can be purchased at the local ABC Store across the street. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor. Payment can be made through the PayRange app or by credit card. A trash chute is located at the end of the hallway. The property offers 24/7 Security. Parking is available in the building for $33/day (*rates subject to change). Street parking is available along the harbor for $1/hour (metered parking). Building management occasionally schedules routine pest control and maintenance. We will provide reasonable notice for access in these situations. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am each day. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or on the lanai.

Convenient location that is walkable to amenities, food, park, etc. Spacious size for one person with helpful staff for questions. Noise level varies at night since it is Waikiki, but beautiful views and beach. Very easy stay for one week trip!

Check in and check out were very convenient. Space was a little smaller than the pictures would appear but for the location definitely worth it. Hilton lagoon is just a quick walk away as is Ala Moana shopping center. Definitely would recimmend thus location.
