We loved our stay at IIikai Hotel!!!! Loved our room!!!! So light and airy and clean!!! My son got the big cozy bed and I slept on the roll out couch one ... mine was soooo comfy too!!!! The check in process was super easy!!!!!! Loved the hotel and location!!! Will definitely be back!!! Room 911 was the best!!!

Great spot and clean but just the basics no extras

Bed big hump was:so annoying and has on pillow could feel some kind of vibration I never experienced ..,, hard to explain.?no comforter just a sheet and thin blanket and another not so great blanket for sofa bed took away from an otherwise great experience. A few things like salt pepper detergent for laundry would have been a nice touch but nothing like that was included. Maybe I’m just overly picky. ….,

All in all, this was a solid 4 out of 5 star stay. The location is great. The hotel is just okay. Keep in mind, you are staying at a hotel. Your VRBO expense could be more than the cost of actually staying at this hotel (or any other) .. just without any of the accoutrements you would get when you stay at the hotel, i.e. fresh linens, towels, use of the exercise facility, etc. We stayed for a week. The room was clean and mostly as expected. The mattress is akin to sleeping in a large, soft bathtub as it is well worn and dips in the center around 4" or more. The wife and I slept with our heads on the top corners and with our feet criss-crossed in the trench in the middle of the mattress. The provided items were all very bare minimum type quality and quantity (i.e. you get one beach towel and one bath towel per person for your entire stay). There is a conveniently placed laundry room right next door .. each load will cost you approximately $8-12 depending on how well the dryer works.Traffic can be a big deal. You will hear every loud car on the street.Contacting the owner/operator was curt, without substance and not super helpful.Not a bad experience but, there are better options for the price.

We had a great time! The property was located by the beach! The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable, so if you have more than 2 people I would not recommend! There was plenty of everything in the condo! The full kitchen had everything we needed for the week! The shower is nice! Plenty of towels and other necessities! I would rebook with this property! It was effortless - everything moved like they said! Had my access code for the room by the time we left for vacation! No hassle check in! The code did stop working before the check out time so on the last day be careful!

Water damage in walls. Towels are stained and dirty. Shower had hair all over. Linens for the bed were clearly in a used condition too.
We spent a couple hours cleaning the unit after viewing the shower (we wanted a shower after our full day of travelling).
There is a laundry machine right beside the room. The elevators are also beside this room
It faces the street. It’s a pretty noisy street 24/7.
There’s a nice restaurant and pool ice cream shop coffee cafe, poke shop, and a general store (not ABC store for once)
Really wish the rooms linens and bedding was cleaner or didn’t seem like it needed to be replaced.

This was our first family vacation with our toddler so we wanted to have a kitchen in it for convenience, this place was great location was close enough to everything, the unit itself was clean and easy access, we didn’t have anything bad to say! It was awesome.

Being only 5 minutes from the beach and adjacent to Hilton chain hotels with huge choice of restaurants, walking distance of the shopping malls, the property was found to be in CLEAN order, with all that was required for for a family of 4, though there were only 3 of us! Check-in was easy enough, ample supply of bath towels and hand towels. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Would DEFINITELY recommend this apartment to family and friends.

The booking process was easy and rental agent is very friendly and helpful. With 2 young children,I would prefer the location closer to waikiki beach where you can walk a short distance to all major shops. All in all, our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The property offer good space for the 4 of us and our luggages.

Everything was just as it was stated in the post. There were only a couple of issues, nothing predictable. Batteries in the TV remote didn't work had to replace otherwise TV instructions made no sense. I thought the room was on the ocean side - no biggie. Also note this is an older building you won't see housekeeping like you do in regular hotels - that was a little off putting. But everything was fairly clean. Would stay at this property again. OH YEAH VALET TEAM ROCKS!!!!

Well equiped, clean and modern Appartement close to Waikiki beach.
We stayed here with four people. It was enough space for us, especially in a city where you won’t stay in the hotel room ; ). The kids still had enough space to play.
All in all it was clean, but when we opened the sleeping couch we found rests of chips which was disgusting. But that really was the only thing.
We would book here again.

Great location. Nice and clean place. 5 min walk from the beach. Easy access to property. Little long walk to the main strip, not 10 mins. More like 25 mins. But Uber or bus for $11. Would stay here again.

We were impressed with the size of the unit, closet space, and kitchen area as well as the number of towels provided along with bedding items.Suggestion for kitchen: provide counter sponge to wipe down countertops. Suggestion for bathroom: provide tissue (Kleenex), sponge, cleaning products for basin & toilet bowl.Location is perfect: far from Waikiki crowd yet close enough to walk to heart of Waikiki and Ala Moana Beach/Shopping Center.

The apartment was perfect. It was super clean, modern, spacious, beautiful view and so much closet space. All the amenities were new and upgraded. It was a studio but was spacious enough to fit 4 people comfortably if needed. It was also in the heart of a quiet neighborhood in Honolulu, next to the Hilton Resort. Easy access to the mall, beach, main avenue and so much more.
