We have rented many condos over the years in Kihei. This was by far the nicest. The proximity to the beach views and amenities can’t be beat. The beach which is steps from the patio has calm waters and you can walk/swim out about 1/4 mile and still be chest high. The patio is set up for lounging and dining and provides a perfect view of the sunset each night. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals.
All the equipment you need for the beach (towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, carts) are all provided and the pool area is clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Jude did an excellent job taking care of our property and we would recommend using the concierge service for activities.

Our vacation at Aloha Villa #2 was absolutely wonderful. The condo is gorgeous (we LOVED the showers), the location is perfect, and every amenity was available for our stay. We felt at home the moment we arrived. Our host, Jude Augustine, certainly helped with us feeling right at home. He has a charming and warm personality, a great sense of humor, and was always available to answer our questions and give us advice. The condo is close to multiple grocery stores (including one that is a block away), restaurants, and even a walk in clinic close by. Its also perfectly situated to easily get to Kahului, Lahaina, Wailea or Makena. 15-20 min to get to Target, Costco, the airport. 30-40 minutes to surf lessons or a luau in Lahaina. Close to Kamaole, Big Beach or Maluaka beaches. The sunsets were spectacular to watch sitting on the patio or while cooking in the kitchen with the glass doors wide open. There is a grill which we used that is kept very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool (we did too when those trade winds picked up!) and plenty of seating around it. There is an excellent supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie board, etc to use at the beach and lawn games to play at home. If you are there during whale season, you'll have a front row. We watched many whales breach while we had lunch or drinks on the patio. If you like turtles, you are also in luck! they often can be found sleeping along the beach north of the condo. You'll adore staying at Aloha Villa #2. We're already thinking of when we can return.

Villa #2 ground floor. Great accommodations- Everything was very clean and as advertised. Then property manager was available and punctual responding to questions and requests. Great access and everyone was super friendly. Definitely recommend for parties 6 - 8.

This is by far the nicest place I have ever stayed. The location in a quiet neighborhood and the view is just spectacular. The property was perfect for the 7 of us. My grandson who is 6 enjoyed the beach, chickens, ocean, etc.

This Villa is in a great location and close to restaurants, super market, bars etc.
the best part is you can view sunsets sitting in the living room.
Jude is great. He provided guidance throughout our trip and guided us.

Recently we stayed at Villa #2, oceanfront ground floor unit. What a warm, welcoming space. The men of the wedding party were in charge of the cooking (Magical) and they all had space in the fantastic kitchen and dining area, and the BBQ was so handy. We ate in front of the ocean every night...laughed, talked, observed sunset after sunset...even whale watched right from the back of the home. The accommodations are amazing. Mimi, the owner, thought of everything. The facilities are top notch. This space is great for any occasion. Highly recommend. I will stay here whenever I am in Maui!! Mahalo Mimi, and Dani & Jim, the bride and the Groom!!! Congratulations!!!!!

We stayed here for a week for a wedding. We had 3 out of the 4 Villas for our group, we enjoyed our stay so much. The place is clean, well equipped, and gorgeous views. We watched the sunset every evening from the front lawn. Without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed for vacation. The owner Mimi is very sweet and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We rented a ground floor unit with a patio that leads to the grassy area before the palm trees and the beach. Each night we had many visitors on the grass to watch the sun set. There was one homeless person to the left of our Villa who never left the whole time we were there. She had other homeless persons visit her and other Good Samaritans who brought her food and water. One day I found a rat in the kitchen. My husband got rid of it and we let the owner know about it. She sent over 2 mouse traps which we chose not to put down because we had a 4 year old and a 16 month old with us. She also said not to open the doors, which was disappointing because we were opening them at night after the grandkids were in bed to get some island breeze into the house.

We rented 3 out of 4 villas for our wedding party, so we almost had the entire place to ourselves. My family stayed in villa #2 and we all loved it very much. It is located only 2 blocks away from the supermarket and walking distance from one of our favorite restaurants - Coconut Fish Café. It was so relaxing to sit outside to enjoy the sunset. Also, the friendly staff kept everything clean and organized. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for a family of 10, which was awesome.

Very high end apartment with A+ location on a beautiful, quiet beach. Mimi and Robert were helpful and the complex was kept clean to the highest quality. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms all had highest quality fixtures and furnishings which made the stay that much more enjoyable. Patio was great for dinners and relaxing. Only downside was the homeless people loitering at the beach access, even though they were harmless. Would recommend this accommodation and might be back one day soon.

First of all, the open living room provided a beautiful beach view. The friendly staff on premises kept everything very clean and organized. When we needed something for the kitchen, they provided it immediately. Overall, the interior has a high quality feel to it including appliances, bedding, and bathroom fixtures. The deck was a great place to relax, and fronted on the beach. Good location and central to the island. The kids loved the warmed salt water pool.
