There are two additional bedrooms one with queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds which share an additional full bathroom with a shower. Sleeps a total of 6 people.
This condo is equipped with free WiFi, smart TVs, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complete kitchen essentials for cooking, and many useful items such as, paper products, shampoo and body wash.

The owners of Palm Villas A21 have purchased a new 2024 Kia Caravan. It will be parked in the garage at the unit during your stay. The owners are offering it for rent if you are interested. It seats up to 8 and has plenty of room for luggage as well.
If you already have a rental car lined up they may be able to match your rate. Renting their van is more convenient and they may be able to work with you on the price. If you are interested please contact Olivia. Additionally, we can only fit a total of two cars on the property. So if you need two cars for your group, one of them will need to be the owners Van because Palm Villas only provides us with one parking placard for additional cars.
Palm Villas is private gated community with a swimming pool area, fitness room, BBQ area, and entertainment pavilion. Palm Villas is centrally located in Mauna Lani Resort just a few steps away to Spa, Fitness Center, Tennis and near the path to the Beach Club.
As our Guest, you will have access to the private Owner's Beach Club and Restaurant which is for all Mauna Lani Resort Owners.

We had an amazing time staying at Palm Villas A21. The pictures do not do it justice! Clean, comfy beds, and cozy. Easy to cook and prepare meals, do laundry, etc. Very close to the pool and a great stock of beach things in the garage.

The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. Steps away from a beautiful pool that was never crowded. The beach club parking pass was great. The garage was stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, snorkeling equipment, bikes, etc. Walking distance to 5 star hotels, great restaurants, and a grocery store. The property manager, Olivia, was always available and was wonderful to work with from booking through checkout. I highly recommend this property!

Overall the apartment was fine and location perfect for our needs. I would suggest that all of the bed pillows be replaced. They are either too hard or way too soft which made it hard to get a good nights sleep . However, I would happily recommend this place.

This is a great property, well maintained, great location! Loved the layout of the condo and all the art and the way it was decorated. The pool was nice and the beach club was a great asset! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers go by and my husband and boys enjoyed playing golf on the course. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even including a garage space. The big bonus was that you had access to the condo-pool as well as the private beach and the condo came with all the towels, beach chairs, boogie boards you would ever need. The entire area is so gorgeous and if you want to feel like you are at a private, luxury getaway this is definitely the place.

This condo is as stated, in a development with a great pool, close walk to beach and the Mauna Lani. The few calls I had with the agent were very responsive. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the unit is extremely dated, in desperate need of updating. Old, tired, uncomfortable furniture and dresser with drawers that will fall out if you do not open carefully.

We’ve stayed the the Palm Villas four times, this was our first stay in this particular unit. The communication with the property management was super, the staff interaction was limited but pleasant for sure. Simple check in, check out procedures. A 3 minute drive to the beach/beach club, or a 10-15 minute walk. Also walking distance to a shopping center with restaurants and a small market. The garage was stocked with everything necessary for a day at the beach and golf course. The only item I’d suggest is a larger cooler, the only one located in the kitchen and garage was too small to pack a picnic. The pool is gorgeous and quiet. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, great for us and our three kids. We would return for sure.

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at the Kamaole Condo. We would definitely stay there again. The property was beautiful! We spent time grilling on the deck overlooking the golf course. We rode bikes that the owners provide. I only have wonderful things to say from booking the condo to our stay.

Love the location of the property. We like to stay at Mauna Lani to enjoy the Beach Club.
This property overlooked the golf course so it was quiet. We had noisy evening neighbors but we shut our doors and windows to block the noise.
The instructions need to be revised. The two letters that we received before coming to Mauna Lani had conflicting information. Upon arrival, we were given more instructions that differed from the first two. A good editor could make this so much easier for arriving guests.
We enjoyed the condo and would like to return some day.
