Paki Maui 405 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the top/4th floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling double sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo has air conditioning (4-1-2025) as well as 4 ceiling fans; both bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a California King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Off of the living room, you will find the updated guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy preparing meals at home in the remodeled kitchen and breakfast bar. There is a microwave-convection combination oven as well as a countertop toaster oven. Ample counter space provides counter seating for 3. Dine al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 4 that overlooks a manicured lawn, beach, and the neighboring islands of Lana'i and Molokai. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large double sliding doors. Both bedrooms enjoy amazing mountain views and breezes.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and an app-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is an oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Our stay was full of peace, enjoyment of the views, restful in the condo which had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The Condo had adequate kitchen supplies. When eating in, we ate mostly on the balcony. The condo was clean, quiet, and close to amenities. We suggest they add an electric tea kettle to boil water for tea. Disappointed there seemed to be no recycling available.

We just love the views of the islands of Lanai'i and Molokai as well as the sea turtles right by the beach and pods of whales between the islands. The unit has a new set of binoculars for us to use from the top floor balcony. The views are amazing. We enjoyed a good night sleep from the beds in both of the bedrooms. We noticed some new furniture, new artwork, and new kitchens appliances and new pots & pans since our previous springtime visit. We love this unit. Front desk MPS staff were very nice and helpful.

Thank you for the amazing hospitality. The condo was clean, secure and had all of the amenities and some bonus amenities to make our stay perfect. The provided beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella were a pleasant surprise! Location was perfect - walking distance to beach, coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, food trucks and so much more. The views from our balcony were absolutely stunning! Rainbows over the ocean watching the whales breech was breath taking. The property was well maintained and others on property were friendly and respectful. The beds were comfortable and linens freshly cleaned. Condo was perfect for two adult couples. I would recommend this property to others, the views alone are worth it.

We had a GREAT time at Paki Maui. With endless surf our out balcony and 3 rainbows a day seen from our front door. The protected beach area is perfect for kids with a long stretch of shallow water AND sea turtles swimming by every day. We hope to return again in the future.

The condo was lovely and had all that was advertised except a pool. We didn't need the pool, just surprised. However, the response from the people on site was abysmal. They had no information about Maui and were even less enthusiastic about sharing anything.

Overall, beautiful views in a nice quiet location. This older building is well-maintained and gives a tropical Hawaiian experience. The 405 unit itself, is nice, and has a few modern renovations. It also needs some repairs & far more attention to cleaning! Safety issues: dimmer lights in master bathroom & in living room constantly flicker (wiring issues or wrong bulbs), and outdated toaster sparks (needs to be replaced). Repair issues: barn sliding door on guest room doesn't stay on its tracks and master bathroom fan doesn't work. Cleaning issues are prevalent and reason for low review rating. They sweep floors but haven't been mopped in a long time. This no a/c unit provides fans, which also haven't been cleaned in months. It was disgusting. They have an ant infestation (4th floor unit) and do give warning not to leave food out, yet have traps out & bottled deterrent, which tells you they are aware - but not yet dealt with. Stated quarterly extermination, but who cares - when you see them everywhere, you get the creepies - especially with above-average costs paid for a 2-week rental. Again, beautiful ocean views save this place! Called My Perfect Stays (their managing agency), and "they listened" but feel sorry for the owner, as they may not be truly aware of issues.
