**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL** This 15th floor unit is fully furnished with 2 twin beds in bedroom, a full size fold dow sofa bed in the living room, and two chairs with table on the lanai/balcony.. It will accommodate up to 3 people. The bedroom area can be separated from the living area with the accordion doors. Enjoy the LCD flat screen TV, cook a gourmet meal in the modern fully equipped kitchen, or relax on the spacious 120sf lanai!
Granite countertops, custom cabinets, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy home cooking during your stay, including a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, and all the basic cookware, dishware, and utensils.
Free high-speed internet and WI-fi provided, with dedicated router in the room for great connectivity and speed. A/C keeps you cool inside and the spacious balcony is perfect for outdoor relaxing and classic in-room private resort dining. Located in a prime location adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to shopping by day at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the convention center or the bustling nightlife of the Waikiki strip, you are close to it all. The lobby and property entry has the feeling of the Hawaiian Ohana and steps away from Waikiki Beach and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. And with the water just outside your door, we've even provided 2 beach chairs for your use when you're ready for your fun day in the sun!
The Ilikai features a newly renovated pool, on-site restaurants, cafes and convenience store, and is just a couple of minutes away from Waikiki beach, the Hilton Lagoon, amazing restaurants, and Ala Moana shopping center.
Parking is available and is paid directly on site: $40/day valet parking. at the Ilikai, $28/day self-parking at the Marina Garage next door, or self parking in the harbor lots behind the hotel for $1/hr with the ability to ad time by phone or online. (*Parking rates subject to change)

Many things that need attention at this property. First, there is no concierge or phone number to report or ask questions. Most of the electrical sockets in the unit did NOT work. Only 2 were reliable and we had to scramble to charge laptop, phones, coffee maker, etc. Beds are very squeaky and shaky. Need tightening. Pillows need to be replaced. They’re nasty and smell. Beds are not twins as shown in listing. They are bunk mattresses and small. Much of the week we had to contend w/hammering and sawing somewhere in the building. The smell of pot filled the air on the balcony several times yet WE had a no-smoking warning outside our door. There are so many other places cheaper and nicer to stay. I will choose one of them next time.

Have stayed at the Ilikai multiple times. This time my criteria was best sunset views. And that’s what we got plus great comfort.
These condos are privately owned so every unit is furnished differently unless you book through the resort directly. It’s always a plus for us location wise, we like to be away from the hustle and bustle in the middle of Waikiki and be closer to Ala Moana. We don’t rent a car since parking in Waikiki costs an arm and a leg but if you do decide to, the parking next door at the Marina has affordable overnight parking. We rented a car share this time for a day - pick up was at Ala Moana so easy.
Yes to thin towels, beddings, minimal kitchenware but all the basics were supplied. AC works fine although need to remember to close blinds in the afternoon, otherwise when you return it might be warm - we learned it right away since when we checked in @3pm, it was closed.
2 pools not overcrowded with friendly staffs, not like the overworked big hotel staffs. Pleasant surprise was the new top floor restaurant Pesca (I remember the days it was a disco lol). Fantastic views, don’t want to spread the news but $12.99 deal lunches! But wish they will do well to stay open so I’m revealing the secret.
Happy with the management company. correspondence is timely. JFYI for mgmt, Only worry was top part of the microwave kept on falling off. It was taped on. Not a major issue, as long as it works and they didn’t charge us so all good. Will returnmahalo!

This unit had an amazing coastal and boat harbor view, so pretty at night. The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped. Linens were good and beds were comfortable.

The unit offers good view from lanai.
It is close to shopping, restaurants and beach.

Room was great.
Blankets were pretty thin, bath towels were very very thin! Hard to dry off.
The AC unit barely worked. The AC needs to be replaced before summer for sure.

The property is at the beginning of the main strip, so we avoided most of the traffic jam. The unit is clean, and the air conditioning unit is very quiet. The valet was $45/day as of 2/1/2023, and the Marina garage in the next building is $28/day.

Nicely appointed and clean. Modest in size. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. Absent is any basics for cooking. Expect to buy all essentials for preparing meals. Veranda is a great place to sit and enjoy the endless sunsets

Great location , cinnamon restaurant was delicious every time but always had cold home fries with breakfast. Dave’s ice cream a must have! Loved being close to the ocean and shopping. Could use nicer towels in the room, the throw pillows need to be washed or replaced very dirty.

Checking in was good. But room needs updated. Needs new patio furniture all was broken. Very hard and cheap beds. Not enough pillows and blankets for beds. 2 twin beds and a futon. Will not rent again!

It's excellent condo to stay!! Clear, beautiful view, convenient. I told all of my friend to stay this condo if they visit HI.
It would be perfect if bed set is not that old with pretty color especially pillow. I don't mind to buy new pillow if I have time. :-)
