Overall I was pleased with my one month stay in #2511. The unit is efficient, nicely furnished and the balcony is private with an amazing view. The building location is convenient to Waikki beaches, shops and restaurants. The washer and dryer is a huge plus. There is a wonderful rooftop pool and sun-deck. Manager James was helpful and attentive.The only issues I had is the air-conditioner is loud. There were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen area but I contacted James and he promptly had the unit sprayed however it was an ongoing issue. The kitchen counter space is small and has limitations for preparing meals.

Just spent 5 weeks enjoying 2511 & look forward to returning for many years to come. I have found a “perfect jewel” in the heart of Waikiki- 3 blocks to the beach, 1 block from the bus & 1 block from a grocery store - so convenient. Each morning I woke up to a view of a beautiful sunrise situated next to Diamond Head. Excellent way to start the day with a coffee while sitting on brand new comfortable furniture on the lanai - very inviting. The unit is fully equipped with workable appliances that aid in preparing meals & easily doing laundry. The unit has an air conditioner that works, but I never had need for it, because the overhead fan kept the unit cool - it is also a much quieter option.Another plus ++ was the bedding - it was apparent that the duvet, decorative pillows & sleep pillows were all new. The mattress was firm - the combination of these resulted in solid nights sleep.The unit was absolutely spotless when I arrived. Quite impressive!James, the property manager, is efficient, available, ready to answer questions & actually find solutions. He did not present himself unless requested- I appreciated his hands off approach.Finally the security staff in the building are experienced professionals who ensure a safe environment- just one more reason to rebook Unit #2511

My cousin and I stayed 1 month, while we worked remotely. Upon request, Property Management provided a folding table (use use for work), chair, and extra pillows.Security downstairs. Great location (quiet enough but close to everything), 5 min walk to beach, 2 min walk to many restaurants and shopping. Great view! The washer/dryer inside the unit and included parking spot made our trip even more convenient. We worked remotely from the unit, so Wifi was fast enough. I would stay here again.The only downside was, one night I forgot my cell phone in the unit (the door passcode was saved in my phone, I didn't have it memorized), so I was locked out of the unit. The security guards downstairs were very helpful in trying to help me get a hold of Property Management (they made multiple phone calls to the Property Management), but nobody got back to me until the following morning. I waited in the lobby overnight (gladly, there were couches).I would stay here again, however, my suggestion is to memorize your door passcode or save it somewhere else other than your phone. I would also suggest for property management to have the emergency contact keep their phone on overnight in case something like this happens again in the future.Everything else was great.

I highly enjoyed my stay in this apartment! Nicely decorated, very relaxing and clean. I stayed for a month and worked remotely - the wifi was fast and reliable and the dining table made for a nice desk area. The balcony feels private with amazing open views of the mountain, volcano and you can see the ocean to the south. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom were very nice. The bed was comfortable. Easy walk to the surf shop to rent a board and surf at waikiki beach. It was fun staying right in Waikiki, you can walk to everything, biki bike or easily bus to different surrounding areas. Easy check-in, parking space if you rent a car. I will definitely stay here again!

Villa #2511 was a great condo for the two of us. Updated, clean and great views from the lanai. The walk to the closest beach is about 5 minutes but don’t waste your time going to this crowded small beach. Many other options out there. The condo was central to dining, shopping and beaches so put on your walking shoes and venture out to see the sights. Nice new washer and dryer in unit too that came in extremely handy and enough paper type products to last out 10 days. We did rent a car but only used it to & from airport, Pearl Harbour and to view the northern part of island including Polynesian Cultural Centre and twice to get a few groceries at Safeway which is about a 7 minute drive. Enjoy your stay here. It has everything you need. We did not use the small pool but did venture on rooftop to use the clean BBQ’s, watch sunset (far side closest to beach) and Friday fireworks (other end of rooftop closer to canal)

Was a pleasure to stay at this property. It is exactly as pictured. Close to amenities and we love this location. Unit was super clean and maintained. Was great to have in suite washer and dryer. Two beach chairs are there to use and that was greatly appreciated. Would stay here again and recommend this unit to others. Thanks for making our 3 week vacation enjoyable with having a great unit to stay in.
