Ilikai Marina is at the gateway of Waikiki at 1765 Ala Moana Boulevard. Located right around the corner from the Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Center and-of course-Waikiki Beach. There is a shared & paid laundry facility on the 8th floor. Parking is available in the building for an additional cost. The Ilikai Marina is perfect for snowbirds looking for an escape during the winter months, workers on temporary assignment, or residents relocating to Honolulu for work as the condos are fully furnished & ready for move in.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities. The condo complex conveniently has a car rental business in their garage, which we used. It was great. The management staff was very accommodating & helpful.

The only issue I had was they could not find the entrance. It would be helpful to not just give the address but to explain that it is on the side of the building that has the walkway to the other hotel. Maybe it’s in the instructions and I just didn’t see it.

We LOVED our stay! The condo was the perfect size. It's walking distance from Waikiki and in a convenient location to drive everywhere else on the island. We ate the freshest fish, fruits and veggies; the only drawback was the fan was broken so we probably annoyed our neighbors with the smell when we were cooking. We would have asked for it to get fixed, but we didn't realize it didn't work until after office hours. We would definitely stay here, again!

Enjoyed staying in the condo. A couple things to know, the building is right on the marina and Ala Moana Blvd so it can get quite noisy with traffic and late night partiers. There is no free parking. The cheapest parking is at the marina fr $1 per hour. Parking can fill up quickly then you are left with parking garages that can upwards of $40-50 a day. The condo itself is a bit dated but comfortable. Views of the parking garage from the sliding glass door. If you are looking for a super high end place, this is not it. If you are looking for a reasonable place that is comfortable and centrally located, this will be a good option. I would stay here again and would be happy to recommend it to friends and family.

Great location. You can walk to the beach, to the mall. Loved the studio. It had a full size kitchen. Very roomy for a single or a couple.
