Pros: heated pool, beautiful spacious grounds. Great vista for sunset views.
Cons: small bed , unit is in need of updating, close to the road noise. Both bathrooms are small. Would not stay in this unit again.

The location of this property is perfect. You can walk to great restaurants or stores easily. Oceanfront with beautiful views and miles of beach to stroll along. The condo was efficient, quiet and clean. The view from the balcony was so peaceful and a beautiful sunset every night. The complex is very nicely maintained, with tennis, shuffle board, pickle ball, putting green, pool and spa. We can’t wait to return.

Definitely does not sleep 5. Comfortable for two adults, maybe one child. Could use a little TLC and update kitchen supplies.
TV was a big issue but got lots of help from the owner and partner. Still had to go through steps to get TV on. Overall very quiet, great view, comfortable bed and just perfect for me.

It was a great property and lots that they offered. They helped us find restaurant's, places to swim and things to do. They kept everything clean and gave us extra stuff to use that we may have forgotten.

We paid for the rental week, and then had a COVID exposure notice with an hour of booking. Even tho we immediately notified the owner, she was unresponsive and denied receiving the VRBO cancelation request.
Fortunately we were able to go, whereupon communication with the owner suddenly improved!
Overall, the place is as advertised, but just very tired furniture and accessories...the microwave quit while we were there (and the owner replaced it immediately), the toilet would not stop running, and the beach chairs were quite dirty and all zippers corroded. The bed is old and small, and we were both starting to get sore backs as the week wore on.
The location was nice, but we found much better accommodations at a lower price once we arrived.

Everything in the room was as described. Had everything we needed to cook 2x/day. In-room washer and dryer were nice. Nice chairs, cooler (and other beach type things) in the room. Other activities available on property. Would stay again.

Had everything we needed and we loved the pool beside the ocean. Sunsets were amazing all week, would definitely return. Host Nida was very helpful and responsive -5 stars all around!

Lovely condo, great view. Could be a little better stocked in the kitchen. Since it was only me I really didn’t have any issues accept not finding any measuring cups. The refrigerator had an issue with one spot on the shelf actually freezing my eggs. Also could use better lighting over the kitchen counter. As I am an early riser there was not enough light to illuminate the whole counter leaving me drinking my coffee in a dark shadow if I sat at the counter. Overall it was a pleasant condo to stay in. Very clean and bright and quiet and close to the elevator. I had a great stay and would come back again.

This unit has everything you need for an extended stay. Clean. Very easy to work with Nida. We plan to return to Maui Sunset next year.... all was good.

Loved staying at this condo. We had everything we needed for a short stay-cation. It was very clean and spacious! Perfect location in the heart of Kihei. We enjoyed watching the sunsets on the beautiful condo grounds. Would highly recommend this place!

New to this area of Kihei but ended up liking it! As far as condo goes it was the least stocked kitchen I've ever stayed in. I have stayed in many places I might add. There wasn't a measuring cup or spoons to be found. I never did find the espresso machine listed but there is a coffee pot. We almost went out and bought a couple of pans because all of the existing ones were terribly damaged. I was glad I brought spices because there weren't any there. The burners on stovetop were cricked so didn't cook evenly. I was glad there was a washer because there was one dishrag. The deck had a bistro table one of the chairs was wobbly so be careful the "2nd" patio table looked like a child's set but very old and tattered . You are very close to road so you hear all the traffic from South Kihei road. Bring a headlamp if you want to read because there isn't a light on deck. I used my phone flashlight. Lighting seems to be a problem in this condo I went to turn living room light on and SPARKS flew! Come to find out it was plugged into 3 extensions cords which blew the circuit breaker. The bathrooms were not stocked with enough face cloths or towels I went out and bought some. Please pay attention to this there is no 2 nd deck ! It is the MAIN WALKWAY to every condo! You can not have fresh air in bedroom because it has a slider to main walkway! This is not a neighborhood you would leave a slider open! There is no keyed elevator for security. You are not by the trash shute in this condo but you are by the Noisy road and trust me there are a lot of sirens and traffic! We had maintenance guy there first few days he was very nice and for time being got situation taken care of I'm sure it will happen to the next guest. Nida was very quick to get things done. You can take great walks I walked past Sugar Beach and back could at least get 5 miles in. My husband went fly fishing right out front. Couple of time with guide Jon Jon. You have a view of ocean at pool and plenty of area to sit out on grass and view the ocean. Every day we went to Nalu's it's a short walk. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The food is amazing every meal we had we just said WOW! The staff was very nice the busboys very kind and helpful and Sue at bar was the best! She had so much energy and personality over the top service. Great music every night also! We plan to stay at Maui Sunset again just in a updated quiet condo!

This place has everything you could possibly need on vacation and you can pack half the clothes you think you need thanks to the washer/dryer with supplies in the kitchen. Boogie boards, beach towels & chairs, bug spray, sunscreen - it was all there! Conveniently located in Kihei, you have quick access to both the west and south sides of the island. Lots of shops and restaurants just down the street and parks nearby. The property has a big, clean swimming pool with a view of the ocean. The pool is located by a big expanse of green that leads to the beach. Although not a swimming beach as it is rocky, there are beautiful views of the sunset and lots of room to sit and watch as long as you like. Concierge on site has lots of information on island adventures and can get you reservations when you can't get them yourself online. Loved our stay here!

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful week at this Maui Sunset condo. Nida, the owner, made sure our arrival was smooth sailing. The condo had all the basics we needed to cook our own breakfast. Their is also a community BBQ we used for a great meal. The condo has a decent view of the ocean and there is also a comfortable green area a short walk away to sit and watch the sunsets.

We stayed for 4 nights at this condo in April 2016. It is the perfect place to stay. The location is ideal. Right on the beach and close to everything.
The resort itself is beautiful. Pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. I look for a gym at places where I stay and this resort has a nice little fitness room.Nothing fancy but all you need is there.
The condo itself has EVERYTHING you need. It is clean and decorated in a very nice tropical theme. The bed is so comfortable. Actually better than my own bed at home. I looked at the make of bed so I can get the same one!.
We will be coming back to Maui and hope we can book the same condo for at least one month. I fully recommend staying here. I am an experienced traveller and you will not be disappointed with this condo.
