Well we had a very nice stay this unit has been well taken care of all the amenities were there pots and pans pretty much everything we needed. We ran into one problem but it was not a real big issue really. We were assigned a parking spot and that was a very important reason for me choosing this place. On the second to the last night we pulled in and someone was in the spot. We had to call the property manager and ended up parking in the valet parking so it worked. He said he would let valet know. Well next night same thing but was told to park in another spot and in the morning a so-called parking citation. Anyway a little frustrating but it worked out okay.

Condos are nothing more than a hotel room with a studio kitchen. Filthy stains on sheets on one bed. Called property manager 5 times over 4 days with no response.

My husband and I and our older daughter stayed here for a week to watch my younger daughter and her college team play softball and it was perfect! We are from the midwest so we were up very early every morning and enjoyed opening the wall of slider glass doors and sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and watching countless rainbows appear over the marina. The location was perfect for us to get around the city and the free parking was amazing. I highly recommend the city park/beach that you can see from this balcony just beyond the marina, the water was calmer with less rocks. The condo had everything we needed including the beach chairs. I highly recommend this rental.

Check-in was contact-less and very easy. Parking was included so definitely helped with luggage and not looking for alternate parking sources. Very good space for the price and the property had many food/shopping stores within. Close to the ocean and beaches. Great communication with property manager...well done.

The property manager made check-in easy and responded promptly via text. Unit was clean and spacious with a nice via of the harbor. Beach is walkable via a ramp in the back of the property down to Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. Our only issue was the same as many other guests and residents - the elevators are constantly breaking. Until they are replaced or significantly overhauled be prepared to wait in line to go up or down or even get stuck between floors having to call for rescue.

The condo was very nice, well maintained and looked after. The unit was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and it’s a larger unit than the other 3 we stayed at in Illikai. Bonus, parking included which is now $42 USD per day. Parking is designated very easy to get .

The apartment is in a great location easy walking distance to Ala Moana Centre and 10 minute walk to the center of Waikiki. The beach is only 150 metres away.

部屋からの眺望は、素晴らしいです。部屋の備品類も問題ありませんし、ベットも気持ち良く使用出来ました。シャワーの水圧等も問題ありませんでしたが、洗面所の排水が詰まる寸前の状態でヒヤヒヤしていました。この点以外はとっても快適で再度利用したいと思います。最後に、担当のジーンが色々とアドバイスしてくれて助かりました。あり誤等ございました。

Our stay at the condo was short but sweet! Our beds were comfy and the condo had everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to a coffee maker. The access to the beach was easy and the restaurants were good too! The views of the harbor were beautiful day or night! We hope to return someday!

Great location with a gorgeous view on the 20th floor. We did not have a car and just walked to most places or Uber to places further away. The beds are comfortable, strong and quiet AC, sufficent cooking tools for light meals, decend shower. We would definitely stay here again!

The rental we had was on the 20th floor with views of the Marina and beautiful sunsets. The unit was spacious for 4 people and had beds for all. The Ilikai is an awesome base camp with so much within walking distance. The $45/night valet, while not cheap was nice to have onsite. Valet did get busy at certain times leading to 10 minute wait times fir your car. The only issue we had with the unit was a sewer gas smell that became an issue after running the shower or sink. You had to keep the bathroom door shut to keep the smell out of the main living area. Other than that, my family had a great time in Waikiki.

This is my first staying in a condo and it is perfect location. I picked Ilikai because of location. I will use Captain Cook again. Down stair has good restaurants so you won't have to walk far. Most important it is not the big crowd like the next Hawaiian Hilton it take 1 hour to check in and at the pools people are on top of one another and beach as well. Who need that.

The pros: Place was just as listed. It was spotless clean. Property management answered phone every time we called and took care of our requests. Check in was super easy. Loved the location and the view of the sunset every night. We enjoyed listening to the Sunday night band playing below in the courtyard. Everyone was dancing and having a great time.
The con: only one. The building is old so when the lanai doors were shut you could smell a backdraft of sewer gas coming from the ceiling fixtures and vents. We just kept the lanai doors open a bit at all times to keep the flow of air going the right way. We would stay again even with this minor issue. Just a lovely place.

Condo location, view and amenities were in accordance with the description on the website. Walking distance to ABC store and few restaurants. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked fine. One suggestion would be to upgrade kitchen gadgets such as the can opener, which is rather antique! It took us over 15 minutes (not exaggerating) to open a can of garbanzo beans. Had to make small holes all along the periphery and eventually rip up the lid. Also, would be good to add following basic kitchen essentials: -Mixer/blender-Dish brush, Dish cloth, bigger drying rack (since there is no dishwasher)-Aluminum foil- Salt and Pepper

There were no reviews when we booked this condo, and thought we would be the first, but we were beaten. It's a great place! It was clean and convenient and we would stay again. If I had to knock something it was that one of the closet sliders was off its rail so it wouldn't slide easily... only made it difficult getting things we had hung up. The views, amazing.

This rental was perfect for our family trip. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We are a family of 4 with two teenage girls so space was a bit tight but this was our own issue. The balcony/view was absolutely beautiful. The location was great- within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The rental was stocked with the basic essentials which was perfect since we arrived late at night. Communication was great regarding our arrival/checkout instructions. I would recommend this property to anyone.
