Our lovely Condo A13 in sunny south Maui was completely remodeled in May 2022. The new Mitsubishi A/C in the living room keeps the entire condo cool for your comfort. This beautiful & comfortable vacation home can fit an extra guest or two on the sleeper sofa for a small daily fee of $42/pp/night for each additional guest. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

The KITCHEN is stocked with essentials and everything you'll need to prepare your meals. We'll start you off with a wonderful welcome basket filled with snacks & a packet of Maui coffee for your drip coffeemaker in case you arrive late at night.

Our pub-height dining room table has 2 comfortable chairs and 2 stools - you'll want to spend hours at the table catching up or playing cards/games here.

The sectional sleeper sofa is perfect for two to stretch out after a hard day's play while streaming your favorite tv shows on the large Roku SmartTV.

Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer - a great place to start in any direction your adventures may take you. An abundance of dining & shopping options ranging from casual to upscale awaits you in So. Kihei, Wailea & Pa'ia - all short drives from Kihei Sands.

We'll have two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a TB umbrella, beach cooler and beach towels for you in the condo. Take them with you when you check out Maui's gorgeous beaches.

Don't like sand in your suit and belly button? Our just-right-size crystal clear pool is perfect for dipping in while working on your tan and reading a book you borrowed from one of our two libraries. We've got noodles for the pool and boogie boards for the beach for your use and enjoyment.

Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas that are steps from the beach. The outdoor shower is where you'll stop to wash the sand off your toes and beach or water toys.

You'll have tranquil nights sleeping on our new KING mattress and bedding. Stream your favorite shows in bed if your partner prefers watching their shows in the living room.

Walk out of your condo and onto Maui's longest beach - no stairs or elevators to deal with. Forgot something? You're always just a few steps from your vacation home-sweet-home!

Grill on one of two BBQs located at the hub of our property - the oceanfront patio where you'll talk story with other guests or enjoy alone time at one of the tables or lounge chairs. Here is where everyone gathers to watch Maui's spectacular sunsets each evening.

The unit is clean, comfortable, great bed. You can walk to the local bakery/coffee shop, /shave ice. You’re close to Kihei, but not right in it. It’s quiet there. Great place to go with adult friends or the kids. Love going there with the grandkids. On site management, Connie and Patrick, they are the best. We will be back.

Beautiful Sugar beach is steps away. When in season you can see whales from shore and turtles will pop their heads up. It's a short walk to the ABC store and the farmers market. We couldn't find anything to criticize. We will definitely return later this year.

The Kihei Sands jumped out at me while doing my research. We loved that the property is small. It made it easy to be together as a family even though we had separate units. The patio is a wonderful gathering area. It has great outdoor furniture and was very welcoming.

It was a great base to get to all of the attractions we wanted to experience while there. Every morning there was coffee for everyone to enjoy on the patio and chat with other Kihei residents. Every evening was "happy hour" with many of the same residents who were so inclusive and friendly. They were quick to offer suggestions for us to consider beyond what we already had planned. The Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums was a perfect spot for us. The beach was easily walkable and swimming in the ocean was awesome as there was a long transition before it got deeper than my chest. Overall, this spot rates a "10" in my mind.

There were a couple of things that were bothersome with the three condos we rented. One of the units had human hair in the shower when we arrived and a couple roach type bugs in the same bathroom. Towel racks falling off the wall in another and the door code that quit working a couple of days before departure; that one was corrected quickly, thankfully.

The welcoming patio is where we spent many hours with our friends that we looked forward to seeing year after year. The property owners are lucky to have Patrick who is absolutely wonderful with any issues on site that came up, and Connie is great at multi tasking in the office and always had a smile for me! It's clean, right on the water, "home feel" with the patio tables and bbq's for all to use and not a large facility so the beach is not crowded. And it's centrally located on Maui so very convenient.

Although management has changed several times over those years, they are always the best, caring, and professional team. Although a number of units were damaged in the excessive rains of December 2021, repairs were progressing and looking fresh and updated. Always look forward to our next visit as the location is perfect for any adventures on the island.
