We had a stream less check in, keyless entry to floors, security, property owner, Steve, was fantastic, very prompt answering questions. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend this unit. Only downside was ac but that’s not the fault of owner, he is in the process of getting new, it worked just not able to keep up with Hawaii heat. We loved our stay!

This was our 5th trip to Hawaii and Steve’s place was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! The place was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen! It was very clean & you cannot beat the view of the beach! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise and the surfers every morning. Other guests had left beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats etc…This came in very handy! It was close to some of our favorite restaurants & we found a few new ones close by. Steve was very responsive when I sent a message and answered all our questions. He was a fantastic host! The only drawback is the AC unit is not big enough & has a hard time keeping the place cool, especially in the bedroom. He did have 2 fans in the unit, so that helped tremendously. He is trying to get a second AC unit approved for the bedroom, so hopefully he’ll be able to get that installed. So if you want a fantastic view of the beach, with a kitchen and a very responsive host, this is the place! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

We stayed for 10 days in Steve’s 1bedroom condo on the 20th floor. The views out the wall to wall windows are stunning whether it’s sunrise or sunset. Kitchen has all you need. Grocery store just down the block. Roof pool great way to either start or end the day. Fireworks visible from the pool deck. Bbq there too.

We stayed a total of 7 nights at this location for our vacation. The places is in the perfect spot to visit all of Waikiki by foot and easy access to the beach. It had everything you needed for longer stays and you were in walking distance for plenty of shops and food. The pictures do you do this place justice and it deserves the high rating it has. Steven also had great communication and check in on us during our stay.

This location is perfect, just t blocks away from the beach well within walking distance. If there was one negative this to say about this property is the AC unit struggled to keep the unit cool during the day when temps went up a bit, however fortunately for us during our stay we had the trade winds that helped to keep the place cool. Other than that the place was wonderful and would definitely return!!

In the future won’t stay anywhere else! Very clean condo with huge lanai and panoramic views (ocean out every window)! Condo has a great layout and is perfect for 1-2 people- a new couch/ futon was comfortable for sleeping. Owner Steve was in regular contact with us making sure everything was as expected. Condo In a hotel building in Waikiki surf area- best access to beach, shopping and entertainment, great pool and community spaces with friendly and very helpful staff.

We stayed at the property for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place. The balcony was beautiful to sit out on and watch the sunrise or sunset, and the early surfers hit the waves. It had everything you needed, and the host Steven was great at answering questions and promptly providing suggestions. The property was as listed, and the rooftop pool area was also amazing. The location was perfect for strolling around Waikiki and getting to the beach among other locations. We would definitely recommend this location and try to book here on our next stay.

This was a nice clean condo with a great view. Even though the building is back from the beach, the unit has a good view of Waikiki beach. The covered lanai is a comfortable place to have a drink, meal, or just watch surfers. We could even see the Friday night fireworks at the other end of Waikiki beach over the buildings in between. Steve was a very communicative host who answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Waikiki.

I have stayed at the pacific monarch several times over the years and it is always my first choice. The host has been fabulous and easy to contact. The location is perfect and the lanai is fabulous to relax on. I will definitely choose this unit again

This place is PERFECT for 1-2 people!
We had everything we needed and more.
I’m sure some guests have left some of the hidden treasures that we used during our stay/ and I’m sure people take things as well, so all of these items may not be there in the future. But we were amazed at how well stocked the place was. The bench on the balcony had three chairs, two umbrellas, a shovel, tube, boogie board and a football. The kitchen has a four burner stove and oven, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffee pot, crockpot, microwave and tons of dishes/cooking pots/ utensils. There was even tinfoil, trash bags, cling wrap, paper towels, dish soap, salt, pepper, sugar, honey, syrup and cinnamon in the cabinets. The place is also fully stocked with towels and beach towels.
The rooftop pool, sauna and hot tub are all so nice. It was great when we didn’t want to get sandy at the beach. The view from the condo is INCREDIBLE. Truly waking up there every day felt like a dream. Our first day we saw a rainbow over the skyline and ocean, it’s actually paradise. Best part is the location. So close to everything! We had friends in town and everyone was jealous of the location we were at. Steven was super kind, helpful and easy to work with. We are definitely going to try and book this place in the future.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The location and balcony view is 10/10. It’s literally 2 mins from the beach! Much closer than I thought from the photos. There’s an amazing poke place right across the street, Waikiki market a block away for groceries and literally everything you imagine within 4
Blocks each way. Bus stops, bike and scooter rentals are within a block or two. Live music a block away at a neat outdoor restaurant pub.. Elevators are fast. Bed is comfy.
Zero complaints. We will be returning! Highly recommend. It’s not a huge condo, but it is set up very well with everything you need. We’ll taken care of as well.

This property was perfect! Steve was a gem from start to finish! He communicated with us clearly and timely and was always available to help with great suggestions for outings! It is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean with all amenities needed for comfort. Maybe, a bit dated; however, we would take clean and comfortable and a good host over "modern decor" anytime. Perfect for a couple. The views are breathtaking! The location was perfect as we could walk everywhere. The location was central Waikiki. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 30th wedding anniversary! The views are wonderful. This was our first time to stay in a condo, after 29 times of staying in hotels, and we are glad we stayed here! Will most definitely stay here again next visit. Steve was very kind and gracious to work with. Would highly recommend staying here. Short walk to Waikiki Beach. Several choices close by for food. This condo has SUCH a great location and view from every window and the patio. Comes equipped with everything you need. We rented a car for the 8 day stay and parking was $200, east to find a spot and gas was cheaper than it was at home! My husband and I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks for our honeymoon. We could not have loved it more. The check in and check out process was so easy thanks to Steven’s timely and clear communication. The condo was in pristine condition when we arrived. The best part for us was the fact that it had EVERYTHING we needed. Toaster, coffee maker, beach chairs and umbrella - you name it, the condo had it ready. It was so nice to save money on meals by cooking at the condo or not having to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach. The location is within walking distance of anything you could need in Waikiki. It is a block away from 2 restaurants we absolutely loved and returned to multiple times. It is 2 blocks from the beach and the view of the ocean from the lanai and windows is breathtaking. And the best part of all: the price to stay at this condo is unbeatable. My husband and I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay here and would recommend it highly without hesitation. Steve provided all the information we needed and check-in and check-out were easy. Location is fantastic in the heart of Waikiki and provides perfect access to eateries, shops and the beach and rental places for everything you need. The spacious lanai is the real gem of this suite - we spent many meals and evenings enjoying this space. View from the lanai is amazing. Suite has a functional kitchen area that is equipped with the basics and an assortment of utensils. The bedroom is completely separate - we stayed at another place advertised as one bedroom before and that was not the case. Furnishings are good and the bed is comfortable. Only two things to note from us. The bathroom could use a little tub maintenance/refresh to remove or replace the unattractive worn out non-slip strips. And noting for others that this is a busy area and there is noticeable city noise and traffic especially on weekend nights - it did not bother us too much but those prioritizing a quiet spot/stay should be aware. Regardless of these two things, we were extremely happy and would stay here again.

This is the best condo by waikiki for getting around and hanging out. The views are awesome and always in sight. Sunsets every night. Great access to the beach and all of our favourite restaurants. (Including the poke place across the street.) Steve is great. Place is very comfortable. Wall air unit enhanced by fan worked good. Lots of breeze from the ocean. The building is not the best and the pool is so-so, but the condo is worth it. We would buy this place if we could.

I loved this property. It had a view of the ocean and was centrally located. I pretty much could walk anywhere in Honolulu with ease. It had internet, so I was still able to perform some remote work while on vacation. I would definitely stay at this unit again. The owner was excellent with his communication and directions.

We would highly recommend you stay at Steve’s condo because it is in a convenient location walking distance to everything. It has great ocean views and the rooftop pool and hot tub was relaxing. Steve does an excellent job of keeping his condo well stocked with things you can use in the ocean so you don’t have to purchase them. We would stay again at Steve’s condo.

This was a perfect place for us. Very comfortable bed! Had a large lanai with a lot of seating. It was so nice having the kitchen so we could bring home leftovers and have breakfast in our room. Everyone who worked at the hotel were so helpful and kind. The location was perfect for going to the beach, shopping, trying local foods or just walking around people watching. Steve was checking in with us to make sure everything was going well which it was. We would DEFINITELY stay at this property again next time we’re in Honolulu!

My two daughters and I stayed in Steve’s condo for a week on spring break. Everything was just a we would have imagined. The views from the balcony of Diamond Head and the beach are even better than pictured. And the city at night is beautiful too. We used the bus system for transportation rather than renting a car. All the bus stops were a block from the condo. And we were able go anywhere we needed on the island, even a trip to Costco for groceries. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook with and the fridge was large enough to store everything we had; we saved a lot by cooking a meal or two in the condo each day. Steve was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful with questions, and checked in to see how things were going. Steve also gave us a little later check out on our last day, which we GREATLY appreciated since we had a later flight to catch home that day.

I took my granddaughter to Hawaii for her graduation/birthday present and needed a great affordable option that would be easy for her to get her sunnning and shopping at a walking distance. This condo is less than 5 minutes from the heart of Waikiki. There are lots of great places to eat and shop nearby.
The unit itself was plenty of room and having a small kitchen was great. We had a place to make simple meals and reheat leftovers. It was very hot while we there so the fans and A/C were much appreciated.
Steve is a great host who communicates quickly. Lots of amenities like beach towels, chairs, hair dryer and some simple condiments which you don’t always find at a condo. This was a great experience!

Steve's condo is the best value for $$$ in this sought after area - bar none! First impressions count, and this place delivers. Open the front door and the view of Waikiki we all love awaits. My partner Bev and myself had just spent the previous week staying at the nearby Alohilani Resort (Ocean Front Room / uninterupted sweeping views) and within 2 mins of arrival knew we were going to enjoy the next 7 nights here just as much. Big statement, I know, but this condo not only has the view, it has a great sea breeze, beautiful natural light and is quite large for a 1 bedroom. As a facility, you will want for nothing. Close to everything in Waikiki
One short block to beach
Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai watching the waves roll in. Evening hours spent watching spectacular sunsets
Beach chairs, umbrella and cart to haul stuff down to beach was ready for us in storage closet on lanai.
Will return to Steve’s unit on 20th floor again
His unit is in what is called the 02 stack, which means you are in the corner of the built with the best beach view.

My wife and I just spent 11 great days in Waikiki! This condo is located in a perfect position, a short walk to the beach, a grocery store, and many excellent restaurants. The room was nice and clean, and the queen size bed was firm enough for my achy back. The zoo, the aquarium, are both in easy walking distance, and Waikiki beach is a mere two blocks away. There are tons of places to eat, we especially liked the Cheeseburger in Paradise, and the Tony Roma's. Steve has lots of extra items there, including a couple folding beach chairs, roll out mats for lying on at the beach, a bogie board, a mask and snorkel, and more. We cooked in a couple nights, and there are plenty of dishes/pans, etc. to accommodate. The city bus stop is a block or so away, and there are maps available that will tell you which busses to take to get to the different attractions. You can get an all day bus ticket for $5.00 per person. If you are traveling further than Pearl Harbor, I would recommend a car rental, as the buses make many stops, and it can be time consuming. There is a great place to rent vehicles just south of the condo, a vacant lot that is covered with good cars/jeeps/Harley's to rent, and the prices are very reasonable. Don't miss the south east coastline, it is very rugged and beautiful. We also ran all the way up the south side on Hwy 93, to the dead end, and saw some nice beautiful beaches. The North shore is also very nice, but both locations are an all day excursion in a bus, your better off to rent a jeep or car. The Dole plantation was also excellent. Pearl harbor is great, but keep in mind the Arizona memorial is currently closed for repairs to the walkway. They will take you out near it in a boat, but that is it. Lots of botanical gardens to check out, the Zoo and Aquarium are also nice. Steve has a great place, and we are looking forward to going back!

This condo was the perfect place for our vacation in Oahu. It had all the amenities that we needed and was a 2min walk to Waikiki Beach. The condo was well equipped with a blender, coffee maker and stove for easy home cooked meals. It even had all beach essentials to make our journey to the Honolulu easy without having to worry about packing snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs and children's beach toys. So perfect!
Steve was an outstanding VRBO host and made our stay easy, efficient and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable! Three adults shared for a week and it was a little tight but there is a bedroom for pruvacy. We used the beach chairs, boogie board, towels, cooler, and snorkel gear. We are used to a tv in our bedroom at home, but ut worked out! We slept really well. Thanks fir a great stay!
