You cannot go wrong staying here. The decor and ambiance inside was so welcoming and beautiful. The views were spectacular. Do yourself a favor and book this spot. It will definitely be our go to when staying in Maui. It was our first time in Hawaii and everything was smooth from the start. Love, love, love it here!

My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The views of the coast line up to Kapalua, the neighboring islands and the turtles swimming around were all fantastic to see while drinking coffee and having dinner on the lanai. Bring your snorkel gear because right out front of the building there is a lot to see. Highly recommend staying here.

The condo itself was clean, well kept and equipped. The view was spectacular. Only complaints we had were whistling from the wind due to poorly sealed doors and windows but have nothing to compare it to so that may be a regional thing. Beach access from the property was a little sketchy because you had to negotiate some rocks, but there were plenty of other options close by.

I stayed at this lovely one bedroom unit for a week. The communications were amazing with both the Epic realty people as well as the maintenance folks AT Maui Kai. Loved the location, with views out over the water (and MANY MANY whales and turtles every single day), plus everything in the condo was just what i needed.
Had a minor AC issue (odd noises repeating via the ductwork) and the Epic folks told management and maintenance right away and someone was sent up within the hour the same day. Didn’t solve the entire problem, but the noises were diminished and the AC cooling properties were never compromised!
All in all a very nice place to stay and of course I didn't want to leave. Nice people staying there as well as working there. Enjoyed it so much.

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Kai 908. The condo was clean, well supplied, and in a great location. The lanai was perfect for sitting and watching whales. We also had a great view of the ocean and the beach from the large side window by the kitchen table. The condos were quiet and you never heard any neighbors. Epic Realty was quick to respond when we had an issue with our key card.

The view from this condo is amazing! Looking out you feel like you’re floating. The only way to be closer to the water is with a bathing suit on. Although not an adults only location, that’s pretty much what you get. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Didn’t have a Keurig so, as a small token of appreciation, we bought one and left it to say thanks for sharing this wonderful place.

This unit is a must for viewing the ocean wildlife. We saw whales, turtles, seals, and even a ray swim by. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The unit is very nicely decorated and very comfortable.

The condo was perfect! Clean, well decorated, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, spices, etc. best of all is the great view from the dining table window and lanai! Nothing better than falling to sleep with the sound of crashing waves! We have stayed at Maui Kai before and will be back to this unit! Love walking to Whaler’s Village or Maui Brewing. Very quiet complex!

This is an older property from the 1960s-70s that feels more personal than the mega-hotels in the area. Watching dozens of turtles travel the shoreline, boats, wind surfers, and the weather from the lanai was just wonderful! The pool is small, well-maintained, they has a nice building with a full kitchen, ping pong, and restrooms for the guests. Two BBQs and covered shelter house a few picnic tables outside, making it welcoming and giving it a warm sense of community. Guests appreciated having power there after losing it in our early in the hurricane.You would be hard-pressed to find a corner condo with a 180 degree view like this one! The down side is that the decor is outdated, feels tired, and all the brown color make it feel less than fresh. The air conditioning is piped into the bedroom but does not cool it at all. No windows open in the condo. The hurricane knocked out the electricity 8 hours after arrival, and the sliding glass doors needed to stay closed, of course, (which was no fault of the management, of course). In general, the kitchen is sparsely equipped (dishes, pots and pans, towels) with little space a for groceries, so be careful not to over purchase during shopping! Minimal linens in kitchen, 5 dishwasher tablets; no tissue box, and one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The staff were attentive and kind. When cell phones were still working, we phoned in a repair request, they had it fixed within 90 minutes. It's an easy walk to restaurants and food trucks, but lines are long and streets are very busy.We departed 2 days early due to safety concerns in the area and dwindling options, so our experience was more challenging than if we had been there another time. Again, no fault of the Maui Kai.We would return or recommend it to others if condo was updated to be more closely aligned with the nightly price, and if the air conditioning cooled the bedroom. Newly remodeled, well appointed corner unit with expansive ocean views. Dana, the property manager accommodated our early check in request so we could make it over to Wailua to meet friends for dinner. We had a problem with the A/C that was addressed and repaired immediately.

Besides overlooking the ocean , the added bonus is the food trucks close by . We loved picking up our food and dining on the lanai . The condo is in a great location - close to Lahaina but away from the crowds . The condo building is a bit dated but the condo itself is tastefully decorated and is supplied with anything one needs . We would stay here again .

This corner unit property is all about the views pointing West for incredible sunsets along with seasonal whale watching. The unit has been mostly updated nicely and is very well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs / towels, cooler and pull cart. Only negatives were the overall building is quite dated and difficult beach access to the north side. Would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with incredible ocean views without those annoying resort fees

The room and location were great. I contacted Epic Realty the day we arrived and the following morning to see if we could get a pitcher to make iced tea. First, they said they'd contact us the next day. Then, we were told they would leave one in the room. Neither happened. That was disappointing.

My husband and I went here recently for our Honeymoon and wow! We absolutely cannot say enough good things about this property. Very clean and well maintained. Properly stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. We hadn’t thought of a couple things at the store that we would need like coffee filters and were happily surprised to find some in the kitchen already! From the lanai we were able to spot tons of whales/breaches, stingrays swimming below, and quite a few turtles! The location was amazing as you have lots of great places just a short drive away and you can access the beach boardwalk on foot! It was a little bit of a walk, but we walked down to whalers village for dinner a couple of times and enjoyed going to dukes which was just a short walk on the boardwalk! Great beach access as well. If and when we come back to Maui we will 100% be coming back to stay here. Thank you for everything!

Spotless and well appointed apartment just perfect for two. The view from the corner unit overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Spectacular whale watching from the balcony all day long. Great beach for sunning, swimming and snorkeling. The unit even provided snorkel equipment! We ended up canceling our snorkel day trip because we were able to do it from here! We will definitely be back.

From the time of booking to check out property management staff was very helpful. They were able to answer my questions in a timely manner. Check in was easy and contact free. The pictures of the views are nothing compared to in person. You can watch the sunset from your lanai and have dinner or a few drinks truly is a beautiful view. Plus the gentle lull of the crashing waves on the beach below is very relaxing. Property was very clean and the pool and spa were clean and well maintained, A beautiful beach sits right below and access is easy. It is located within a few minutes walk to a market and several local restaurants, it also is only about a 15 min drive from front st in Lahaina. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

This condo is in a prime location. The views are amazing. You can hear the waves, even with the doors closed. The condo was clean & nicely maintained. We saw turtles from the lanai. It was right next to a beach that was never crowded. This place was a great escape.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Maui at this updated and well-appointed condo. The ocean view was truly amazing as we enjoyed morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the lanai. We were even treated to views of rainbows over the ocean including one at 10pm at night with a full moon! The only thing I might have liked was a couple extra blankets for the beds, but we were comfortable at night with the weather. I just enjoy the weight of an extra blanket.
