The Surf Side is a great location. This two bedroom condo was very well stocked and very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and responded to our inquiries right away. We highly recommend this property! Great spot to view sunsets as well and close proximity to amenities.

So many locals thanked us for coming despite the news stories on the mainland. Without tourism in the unaffected areas the devastation would be worse. Many are fearful of the upcoming months that reservations were canceled. Please come to Maui, the people are depending on us. Mahalo

We loved staying at Frankie John's condo at the Kihei Surfside. The condo has great views and is very nicely appointed. We loved making breakfast in the kitchen and listening to the sound of the ocean. It felt like a home and not just a vacation rental. Frankie John is a very considerate and gracious host. Coulnd't ask for better and we look forwarding to stay again!

This was such a great property!! The view from the balcony was amazing! We even saw whales one morning from there. The beach was so close it wasn’t a big deal to send the kids back to the room to get something is they forgot it. Frankie was so responsive and friendly, it was so reassuring to know she was available, actually available, to assist with any requests!

Great location! It was nice being close to Kehei but not in the middle of town. It was very quiet with a great beach and a nice pool. We were able to BBQ most dinners and we ate at the tables on the lawn.
The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. The lanai was roomy with great patio furniture. We would definitely stay here again!

We, our friend and teenage daughters returned to Maui for a week and needed a cozy VRBO to house us. This property was perfect! Great view of both the ocean and mountains. Beds were comfy. Had extras like beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards. Communication was excellent and the snorkeling was perfect right off the property. Cute beach and not too crowded. We would definitely stay again. Nice unit, great view and terrific location. Wonderful snorkeling and ocean swimming close by. Kitchen is nicely set up. No air conditioning (as indicated by the owner), so the second bedroom is really stuffy at night when the days are hot. The mattress in there is soft foam, which makes you feel wrapped in the heat.

Surfside really is the hidden gem of Kihei and this property, view, and amazing owners made our trip a perfect memory. The condo is beautifully furnished and has a fantastic view from the oversized patio/deck. The owners were extremely accommodating and kind and were quick to reply to any questions or needs that we had. It’s rare to find owners who sincerely care about comfort of your stay. Huge thanks to the owners!! We’re already looking at dates for next year.
