The condo is very well stocked with nearly everything you may want and the management company is extremely responsive to requests. The condo is a 1/2 block walk to the beach and 1/2 block to a grocery store. There are great restaurants all within a 5 mile radius and Kaanapali is a 45 minute drive if you want to take the drive.

Great stay, perfect for a family. Amazing proximity to the beach. Has its own pool. At little but North of the main area of Kihei but still close to tons of shops and grocery stores. Only downfall is the condo does have some items like pool noodles and snorkels but it is stuff that I think travellers have left behind.

Place was clean, quiet and conveniently located behind a grocery store and small shopping center with bar/restaurants and yummy pie shop. Unit is close to parking lot and also faces the street with available parking. Pristine pool. Walk to coffee. Walk to beach. Can walk along the sandy beach but it's a little rocky for getting into water. Easy drive to restaurants, shopping areas, other beaches. Comfortable amount of space for five people. I had no issues in which to contact management during my stay.

This was the perfect spot for our home base in Maui. Conveniently located close to the airport (central location!) and walking distance to a beach and lots of restaurants. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as well.

Nice property. Quite large. Very well cared for. Great location 2 minutes walk from a small beach. 5 minute walk to restaurants, post office, shopping etc. Easy 5 minute drive to the main beaches. And quiet at night. I’d definitely stay here again! 3 star rating for check in was because code didn’t work which left us calling the emergency number at 10:30 pm standing outside the property. But they called back right away and gave us the right code so was impressed with their responsiveness!

I stayed in a lovely condominium that was well supplied and very clean during my stay. The location worked very well for me. It was a quiet area but still close to many amenities. I would recommend the both the unit and property to my family and friends for a stay. I personally would welcome the opportunity to stay in the same unit on my next visit to Kihei.

Great location and amenities! Two adult couples shared this condo. It was a perfect size and well equipped: beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, all the typical kitchen equipment. We cooked most of our meals and used the outdoor grill a few times. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washer & dryer were awesome. Thanks for providing the dish washer pods and laundry pods! So close to the beach! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Close to grocery store!

I will start off by saying the unit we rented was nice overall. We arrived to our unit around 730pm at night, after picking up groceries on the way from the airport. The beds were messy, bathrooms dirty and nothing had been cleaned yet. I called Bello, connected to the after hours line and spoke with Jason. After he tried to figure out what happened, he called back to let us know he had another unit we could go to for the night, which was about 10 min away. Ok, great. We decide to leave the groceries in the unit so we could grab dinner and would then grab all our stuff to go to the next place. We get to the new place, with all our groceries and try to get in with the code Jason gave me and it doesn't work. We try multiple times. It doesn't work so I call Jason back. No answer. I try again. No answer. I try several more times. No answer. I start getting concerned because its 10pm, we're exhausted, we're in a place we've never been, we have no place to stay and I can't get a hold of the company at this point. I decide to email and shortly get a reply to try a different code as well as an explanation that Jason couldn't answer the phone (which I later find out was due to him boarding a flight). We finally get into the second unit with the second code. We are relieved. In the morning, we go talk to Bello employee Bryce to explain what happened (he had not heard yet) and figure out where we'll be staying the rest of our stay. At that point we just wanted to stay in the new place due to not wanting to move everything again. The unit we were placed in was not available the time we would be there for. Bryce brought up that maybe we could just move to the unit right next to it since that one was available and we thought that'd be a reasonable accommodation, however he had to ask Jason. After all was said and done, they said we had to go back to the first place due to the price difference. They comped the first night and took off cleaning fee.

The location of our stay was amazingWe're about a 2 minute walk from the beach, every day and night we walked down to the beach to watch the beautiful sunset. People in the surrounding rooms near the beach were so friendly as well. I would recommend especially if you have a little family - kid friendly

Nice clean quiet condo only one minute away from beach. Walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. 10 minutes walk to a nice park with tennis and pickleball courts. AC is a necessity and provided in the condo. However our unit stopped functioning on the last 2-3 days of our stay. Still not fixed as we are preparing to leave today. Had to use the fans and relied on a cross breeze from open doors and windows. Otherwise a great stay.

If you are thinking about this property, STOP and book it!
Its location is perfectly situated in a quaint residential community within walking distance of a beach and grocery store. We also loved being close to a farmers market and a restaurant/shop plaza. The condo was perfect for us and we will miss the birdies that visited us each morning and afternoon.
There is a washer/dryer in the loft and ample detergent and dryer sheets provided. There are beach items in the deck box and a small cooler. Also provided is shampoo/conditioner/body wash so no need to pack your own!
The beds are comfortable and the kitchen stocks a few seasonings and coffee. There is a keurig, a small coffee pot and plenty of dishes/pans.
We really enjoyed the stay!

The biggest issue is that I lost my wedding rings in the condo during my stay from 9/17 to 9/24/23. I left them on the entry way counter before departing. They were never found. Please contact the host if you find them during your stay.
We were very excited about staying at this condo based on the listing. We were disappointed upon arrival. There were some things that needed attention. Location was good. Parking was convenient.

Great stay for families, all the comforts of home for a relaxing stay, great to have access to beach equipment so didn’t have to hire and basic kitchen essentials left so we could keep everything clean and tidy.The supermarket, restaurants and beach a few mins walk, a quiet laid back area, if you want something a little busier definitely hire a car, we did as we like to explore the island.

We had a nice stay at this condo :) The location is right by the ocean with a building in front of it (so no view but still nice). It’s walking distance to a grocery store and rental shops for renting boogie boards, snorkel gear, electric bikes, etc. The pool at the complex was great, but the spa was lukewarm and would turn off after 10 minutes. The complex grounds are well maintained. The condo itself was very clean, with decent kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen had plenty of glassware, plates, cooking essentials, etc. The coffee maker is small (I could get 3 cups max). The couch and chair are quite worn and not very comfy. The rug is also worn, and the artwork looked cheap. The bed upstairs was comfy; bed downstairs was average (kinda firm and comforter quilt was very thin). Washer and dryer was awesome and convenient. The AC is on a 4 hour timer; not a deal breaker but annoying. Very nice tv in living room but no tv in downstairs bedroom or loft. Overall, we had a great week in Kihei! I think a few upgrades would make this place better; I didn’t reach out to the management company as it’s not things that “needed” to be fixed. These are simply suggestions for the owner. The place was clean and met our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful week! And, if you see a gray and white kitty during your stay…he’s the sweetest and loved to be held by my daughter. Mahalo!

This is our 2nd time staying in H202! It's the perfect location - close to the beach, restaurants, grocery and roads to Kahului and upcountry. The grounds are well kept and the community is very quiet. Nice open living area and nice patio to hang out outside. Comfortable bedrooms/beds with separate bathrooms is a plus! The pool is right across from the unit so made it easy to go for an afternoon swim! Will stay here again and again!

The unit was on the 2nd level (up a flight of stairs) and then one bedroom was up yet another flight of stairs, which we (at ages up to 80) did not notice mentioned in unit description. Also living rm sofa & rug quite warn, needing replacement, and not enough silverware to have more than one meal at a time.

This was a nice unit. The only detrimental situation was the timing of having the asphalting job of the entire parking lot being done Easter week when we were there along with the Pest control spraying which required us to leave for an hour after the treatment. All parking was displaced for the week. Just unfortunate timing. The location was great.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Under 5 minutes to a beach with fantastic sunsets and great swimming for adults and kids alike. Saw turtles at the beach and humpback whales from shore.

Overall, we had a great time at Kihei Garden Estates. A lovely property and well designed units, in a very quiet area of Kihei. The grounds of the property were excellent and well maintained. The common pool and hot tub area were great; nice to use on a rainy day when it was unsafe to be in the ocean. Beds were very comfortable, which is important after a long day of hiking or surfing or exploring the island. However, we would suggest the property management company pay more attention to lighting in this unit. The living area was very dim in evenings even with all available lights on. A number of bulbs were burned out throughout the unit and no spares bulbs were found to replace them. The living room furniture also requires some attention -either a very good cleaning or replacement, as it was quiet stained & worn. Granted, we did not call the management company during our stay to address these issues - as we were too busy during the day enjoying beautiful Maui!

Excellent location near great coffee shops, restaurants and best of all just 2 minutes walk to the beach. One of the AC units was out while we were there, but they informed us in advance and provided an abundance of fans. There were basics like shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc. Anything we could want for the beach was available in the lanai chest and the kitchen was well stocked also.
