Main Bedroom: King Bed
Guest Bedroom : 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed
Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays through June 30, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot/carport. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Parking pass must be on the dashboard. Parking Passes will be in unit upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Yes. Living Room and Master Bedroom Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Fairway Villas J23 is located on the second floor of the J Building. There is an elevator to the second floor. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
Please note: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This condo was lovely. We had plenty of space for our family. We were near the beach and also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the property. It was a quiet and relaxing area.
There were two shopping and dining areas across the way and a great market as well.
We would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. It felt very new and clean and has a nice balcony overlooking the golf course. It's within walking distance to shops and it's very close to the pool. Access to the Hilton pool was definitely worth having for those days we didn't want to explore the Island all day. It's well located and a nice community. We appreciated the apartment had beach chairs and an umbrella to borrow, as well as boogie boards and beach towels. This is a two bedroom unit with a pull out couch which fit a family of 5 very comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and the staff great but hiltons Waikoloa resort was WAY TO EXPENSIVE for everything else. $16.00 for a hot dog and small drink. Ridiculous Hilton should be ashamed to have there name on such a price gauging place.

Great location with good sunset views off the back patio. My family and I enjoyed the accommodations and pool on-site very much. We also enjoyed the Hilton pool pass feature. When visiting the Big Island, I’d stay here again.

We were very happy and comfortable staying in this condo. It is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, and it was nice to have the beach gear.... we used it almost every day! The area is nice and close to some of the most beautiful beaches. We liked the option to head over to the Hilton pool and we also liked having grills to use. We'd be happy to return to this property.

Enjoyed this property. The Hilton privileges made it so enjoyable! We had the privacy of a place away from the crowds and the luxury of going to the big hotel. Perfect spot: everything was great. So many extras not listed. Loved it!

Responsive property manager. Perk was we could use the pools/other amenities at the nearby Hilton Resort. Only downside is we received a noise complaint that was likely meant for another condo next to us that we noticed were moving furniture and one on top of us that were stomping feet. Condo overall was peaceful/quiet. The complaint was annoying!
