Spacious condo. Having two bathrooms was nice., although the en-suite shower makes a sceeeching noise. Very centrally located. Nice relaxing lanai. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did wish the condo included an umbrella and snorkel gear for use like the other properties we have stayed in on our trip to Maui and Kauai. There was a bag with flippers only. When I inquired if there was supposed to be snorkels, the property manager said no. The other area that could use improvement is the dishwasher. It has a fishy smell. And the sofa is not comfortable. But we spent more time on the lanai anyway

The condo is tastefully decorated and comes with many amenities (various kitchen appliances, books and board games). We enjoyed the pool and bbq’d there a few times. We enjoyed the use of beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards on the beach. Conveniently located. (Parking spot IS for compact car)

Can walk to all restaurants and shops on Ali’i dr. Place had everything needed and then some. Only missing snorkel gear. It was in the photos. Maybe add an umbrella? Cooler was handy and so were the beach chairs. AC was definitely nice to have. Pool and lounge area is beautiful. We would for sure stay here again. Host is easy to get in contact with and super fast to reply. Mahalo!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Kona for 2 nights to start our honeymoon. The condo is in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants. Welcome gift was a nice touch as well as beach chairs, umbrella, some toiletries, cooler and sunscreen. The condo was well stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen. The master bathroom drain does not drain properly leaving you standing in inches of water while showering which doesn’t seem like a new problem since people were complaining about it in reviews several months ago. The air conditioning also turns off after 4 hours so we woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The bedroom fan remote seems to be dead. The parking spot in the garage was very tight which we were warned about but a neighbors car was a massive fire expedition taking up part of our spot as well making parking difficult.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is a short walk to restaurants and bars. This is a combo of residents and vrbo’s. It is quiet and peaceful. The condo is well appointed and clean. The tub did have a very slow drain so there is water in the tub when you are done with the shower. We used the pool and it was clean and nice….we had floaties and the maintenance guy told us they weren’t allowed, however, none of the posted rules said they weren’t allowed…not a huge deal but he made us feel like we were breaking the rules. I know this doesn’t apply to most people but they do not allow smoking on the property at all, you will need to walk to the street to smoke. It would be nice to have an outside smoking area.

This is a quiet complex right on the edge of downtown. Close to restaurants and shopping. The condo is clean and had all the supplies we needed. The view of the pool and ocean is just what I wanted. We loved having two bathrooms, which is uncommon for a one bedroom. The only issue is the parking is tight, so don't rent a large vehicle. Would definitely stay here again!

When we first arrived, we parked in the underground garage. It’s a bit creepy down there and the space is bit small (only good for compact cars) but glad we had a designated spot. The host did give us clear instructions and heads up on small parking space. We entered to code that was provided to get into the rental. Once we entered it was really muggy with the fans already on. The place was nice and clean and had great view of the pool right outside the lanai/balcony. There were air conditioning unit in the main bedroom and the living room with a timer to automatically turn off after maximum of 4 hours. The one in the bedroom blew directly at the bed so we had to put one of our luggage in front to avoid cold air blowing directly at us. The bathroom was nice and clean with good number of clean towels. Only complaint is the bedroom tub didn’t drain well so I was standing in puddle of water when showering. As for the location, the place is a close walk to main downtown area. Couple mornings, I would walk to get myself some açaí bowls and get some stuff from the ABC store. Overall, other than the AC and the bathtub drain issue, this place is great place to stay.

I booked this property based on the photos provided in the listing, and they certainly did not disappoint! My son was amped to have a direct view of the pool with the beach view in the distance! The rooms were extremely clean and the condo was kept super cool by the 2 air conditioning units! A little welcome gift at check in was a sweet touch! We loved staying here and loved the big island! Will absolutely stay here again when we come back!!

Clean, cute, close to the ocean! Also close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The Kona Pacific complex is really well kept and quiet! We didn't have time to go to the pool, but it looked very nice! Beach chairs and towels were available and we took them to the beach. The bed is very comfortable as is the rest of the condo. Loved the lanai looking over the pool and the ocean. I wish we could have stayed longer!!
