The condo was clean but dated and the one bedroom unit is small. Wi-Fi for tv was slow. The kitchen appliances were newer and updated and working well. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you would need to cook or back. Microwave was above average. Convection oven was a plus! Three new Weber Genesis grills are available in a grilling area. Very nice feature. The bedroom is small. There is an A/C unit in bedroom. Bathroom is functional; but dated. Clean. The pool is awesome, especially if you like to swim laps like me. Beach is narrow but very picturesque. Nicest beach in Kihei, we think! Exterior and grounds are very well kept. Overall, a great value!

We are repeat guests at the WBH. This unit is well equipped but really needs a better TV than the tiny one that's in there now. All the other units we've stayed in had updated walk-in showers, this one still has the original tub, and it needs a new toilet seat. It also could use new beach towels.

We had an amazing week here. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue in the bathroom on our first day. We were out exploring and the issue was fixed by the time we arrived back at the unit. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and ice packs. The pool was clean and the property was well kept. We will definitely be back!

Very nice spot. Been here twice. It’s so nice to walk out to the beach although this winter took away much of the sand inside the water and exposed a bunch of rocks. The upside is that there were so many green turtles around and experienced them swimming right around your feet The beach is very nice with golden soft sand and some trees over beach for a perfect shade when you get hot. Good swimming spot just around the point to the left. Also had a sea lion basking in the sun on the beach. And a giant turtle sunning on the beach right behind condo.

It was easy to find, and the location is very convenient being in Kihei where you are able to go to all parts of the island with some amount of time, except the road to Hana which is obviously 2 hours.

The condo was very clean and neat! It contained everything we needed or wanted! The complex location was wonderful - kind of tucked away at the end of beach area. The pool, BBQ, and especially walking to see the sunset was AWESOME!
The only reason I rated location 4 stars was this complex seemed to have big family groups taking up many units combining and it was loud - but a fun loud as it should be for family gatherings. It was just for the two of us on our 40th anniversary trip without our kids and grandkids, it wasn’t the atmosphere we were looking for. The complex is tightly packed in with little sound proofing.
Would highly recommend this complex for family gatherings!! We would love to come back with our 4 kids and their families!

Pros: clean, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, three shared gas grills, easy check in and check out, great location with easy commutes to other parts of Maui, and beautiful beach front!
Cons: Adequate apartment size for two adults and a baby but may be a little small for larger families.

This condo is well stocked with everything you need including kitchen utensils, towels, and bedding. There are drying racks in the closet along with beach chairs and other beach items. Very clean and both the bed and couch bed were comfortable. Stayed here with my husband and daughter (16). The condo itself is great, neighbors were quiet, clean pool, shuffleboard, and bbqs available. Right on the beach which was nice for coffee at sunrise. Great central location to Hana, Hanolua Bay, and Haleakala. I like that Kihei is more local and quiet than Lahaina. Would recommend this condo and will stay here again! Also would like to note the ease of using a code for the door rather than a key. Great idea!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. We've stayed in the complex before and like the location, the quiet beach, and how small the complex is. The unit was clean and everything was in working order. We had a bit of trouble with self-check in but help was a short phone call away and we were in! The unit was stocked as described with a few extra useful items left from prior guests. Grills and other common area items were great. We would stay here again.

Stayed here before so knew what to expect. handy to beach, stores, highway and pretty much anything you need. Minor complaint is that trivial cleaning has not been done in a long time. Light globes, tops of fans, and other miniscule things have been skipped over in the day to day cleaning which although minor are very impressive when you notice they have been done.

This was a nice one bedroom with a pullout couch, perfect for me and my 2 adult children. Amazing access to the beach, a kitchen, a nice little lanai to have coffee or a meal. We had a small leak and I used the app to contact, I got a swift response and a plumber was out to repair. The whole experience was easy. This area was a great base for exploration of the island. For first time visitors, I couldn't be more pleased.

We enjoyed 6 days in the sun, on the beach, whale watching, and dinner cruise. Currently the flight was only 30% full each way. Restaurants on Maui were slightly restricted. Great time to visit. Great location for restaurants, beach, pool shopping.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the beach was great! The washroom is a little dated but nothing crazy for this area of Maui. The only major concern was the wifi. I think a new modem is needed to get more coverage for the apartment. If I wasn't able to hardwire in my computer, I would've been in trouble! I guess I should just disconnect though since it is Hawaii! ;)

We loved the location of this condo. When we arrived at our check in time, however, they were still cleaning for about another hour. Mostly clean, however the extra blankets provided were covered in sand. Aside from the minor issues, we loved this little location and views were excellent.

Honestly this was the Best family vacation we have ever done. The property is beautiful and having the pool and beach right at your door step was truly amazing. The only thing I would say you could improve on is getting smaller furniture to fit the suite. We were a family of 4 so our kids got the bedroom and we had the pullout. We just found the glass table and chair to be to cramped. Everything else was wonderful. Lots of kitchen dishes. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a fabulous trip.
