Wonderful location with a fabulous view! Updated & well appointed condo. Everything you need is there in the condo or within walking distance to several restaurants. Short drive to grocery, more restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. Could use new beach chairs and boogie boards..? We've already booked another stay in this condo ~ AWESOME!! Aloha!

We loved our stay in this unit and will hopefully be back! It was perfect for two of us. Plenty of space, had everything we needed, and a great location with easy access to the beach. AND the million dollar view!!! Our only small gripe would be that the complex put cheap plastic netting across the lanai railings (every 2nd floor unit in our building had it) that kind of ruined the view/ambience. If you're seated or looking at the water from bed, you have to look through the thick netting.
We hope to stay in this unit every year when we come back!

Negatives- poor ocean view. Patio not large enough to eat on. There was no supplies for eating at the condo. It was like living with a bachelor that eats out for every meal. The living room furniture was dated and old smelling.
Positives- great bathroom and bedroom.

Very nicely remodeled studio room on the water. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, but not cluttered. Beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again.

Was very hay woth tje accomodations and overall property. I was somewhat disappointed at the lack of cooperation between thenanagenent company and epic real estate. In addition, considering how many properties epic oversees, i would think you would have a little better werkend reponse to any issues. I felt ad if you were doing me a favor by responding

Napili Bay is one of my favorite spots on Maui. This studio was perfectly located to enjoy the beach a Napili Bay. Lovely view of the beach from the balcony. Studio was clean and very well appointed. Would definitely stay there again!

Studio unit was spacious and totally remodeled, kitchen and bathroom updated with double bathroom sinks and ‘rain’ type shower.Beach view as pictured on VRBO access page. Tradewinds, surf and crescent sandy beach just below your lanai....can’t be beat!Epic did a fine job as property management. They were always available providing initial information and reservation setup. Unit was immaculate on our arrival. Picture perfect vacation!

We loved this location! The view from the patio is ideal and faces Napili Bay. It’s an easy walk to the beach and great snorkeling. The condo is beautiful and appears recently updated. We used the AC midday when it was warmer and it’s a nice quiet unit. Comfortable bed. Fully furnished kitchen with S&P, paper towels, soap, etc. so nice to not have to buy those. We would definitely book this location again.

This was a perfect condo for my husband and I to enjoy a few days in Napili Bay. The view from our room was incredible and we took advantage while we enjoyed coffee on our lanai every morning. This is on the same property as our favorite breakfast place in Maui - the Gazebo - so we could wake up and be one of the first people in line for breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the fan/AC kept the room cool, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend!

The grounds at the Shores are lovely, We have stayed there once before and new we wanted to go back and hopefully get a room with a view. This condo was just perfect. The decor, the space and the view. We spent our evenings on the deck just enjoying the lights and the sound of the ocean. We hope to stay in this unit again soon.

This condo was the perfect spot for our first visit to Maui! We got to wake up every morning to beautiful views of Napili Bay and fall asleep each night listening to waves crash. The condo was nice and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would love to stay again some day!!

The room has been nicely updated and remodeled. The AC is a nice touch since our last stay in these rooms - work great. The view is the reason I booked this room - 2nd floor facing the ocean and Napili Bay. Great place to watch turtles posing for photos by the tourists who gather on the sand bar below the room.
The check in consisted of putting a code in a lock on the door. Very slick if you remember the instructions in a message received in a message early in the booking process (but not repeated in the messages shortly before arriving) indicating the the lock activates at exactly 4:00 pm. I wondered why guests of other rooms were sitting around like they were locked out. I called the manager who was very helpful by explaining the situation and sending me another copy of the memo with the lock information. The condo we went to in Waimea after this one did not have a similar lock out protocol which I appreciated.
My only other concern was the the prior occupant didn’t wash the dishes very well.
