- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Great condo. Brand new interior and super clean. We had a fantastic time would definitely come back and stay here again. Really short walk to the beach. Also short walk to restaurants, bars, and ice cream.

The property was as advertise. The home was clean and provided items needed for first night stay, such as soaps, etc. The location was great to walk to the beach and local shops. Coconuts cafe was a big hit! Besure to get the Mahi sandwich! The only down fall of the home was parking. There is not assigned parking, so when returning to the home you may have to drive around a but to find a spot.

Absolutely beautiful and well remodeled property unfortunately we had issues where the door lock didn't work correctly twice and the freezer didn't function the entire time we were there. Management was easy to contact thankfully for the issues with the lock.

The condo is so spacious and nicely renovated. The loft pullout bed was an excellent space - separated from the main living area. Laundry was a nice bonus. We had a family member with an injured knee so drove to most beaches and restaurants, but everything is close in both Kihea and Wailea.

Our stay was amazing. The unit was clean, with super tasteful decor and every single thing we needed for our stay: from cleaning supplies, to kitchen appliances and beach towels and chairs. The beds were super comfortable (even the sofa bed) and the bathrooms were extra clean. The location was also amazing - close to a lot of restaurants, nice hotels and some of the best beaches in Maui.

My family booked this condo and it was great! Newly renovated and done well. You can see the ocean from the balcony and we had some great sunsets! The location is great. You can walk to Kamaole Beach #3 and #2. We had small issue come up but the property management company dealt with it promptly. It was listed as a 3 bedroom but it's really 2. The loft with a pull out sofa bed was the 3rd. There were beach towlels, beach chairs and umbrellas provided as well.

What a beautiful condo! Everything is completely remodeled and clean as can be. Condo was perfect for our family of four. The location allowed for great beach access and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Look no further- this condo is perfect!

Overall only a few small hiccups given the condo is brand new and newly listed which is expected. After a few months this property should be well seasoned and ready to go.
1. AC in lower bedroom didn’t work and was slowly dripping water. After raising the concern and their assistance, It proceeded to work intermittently afterwards.
2. Had to request for more bath towels, as we only had 4 originally.
3. Pillows are all on the stiff side. I do suggest bringing a soft pillow if you require one.
4. Upon arrival, there was a stain on the couch upstairs

The location couldn't be beat! Dan was a great communicator throughout the process from booking through checkout. We would love to come back.
