Additionally, we are happy to offer you one free parking spot for your convenience, and you will find plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and nightlife to keep you entertained during your stay. Great location, super clean, air conditioned, and free parking, exactly what you want when on vacation to Hawaii. The only negatives, the room safes were locked and inaccessible. We let the property manager know, they acknowledged but did not respond to fix the problem. Also, the living room is quite small with limited seating… fortunately we spent very little time in the room. We would return without any hesitation.

Location is only two blocks off the beach and within walking distance to everything in Waikiki. The unit is very clean and had comfortable beds for everyone. Owner goes out of their way to ensure you have a great stay.

We had a great time! Here’s my honest review. The Pros-The unit itself is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The A/Cs work great, the unit was very clean, the bathrooms are spacious and all 6 of us had hot water for every shower! We only had one key and Management was very quick to respond and get more to us. The location of the building is only a couple of short blocks from the beach and close to anything you may need. The unit has a Keurig coffee maker. Now for the Cons- the building’s elevator is terrible. It’s slow, small, creepy and one is always broken. (The elevator was the worst part of our stay) If you come with a car- the garage has a very tight entrance, low ceiling and very tight parking- we barely got in with our minivan-no larger vehicle would make it. The listing has washer/dryer listed in amenities but the unit doesn’t have one-there’s a laundry room on the 3rd floor -you have to load a special card or load an app to pay- very inconvenient. The street activity around the building was a bit sketchy- people doing drugs and selling drugs. I definitely wouldn’t go out alone- it is a big city after all. We always appreciate our starter packs but adding a dish sponge and coffee for the first morning with a few fixings would be a nice touch. Keurig cups were hard to find in the area- an additional standard coffee pot would be a great addition also. Overall we had a great stay.

TV in second bedroom non functional. Would have been nice to have a box of kleenex, no hangars in closet and one elevator out of order. Air condition units were hard to figure out.

The inside and accommodations are amazing. The outside had me scared to even go in initially. Property owner can’t help that. But when you walk in it looks like a place a millionaire owns when he visits. Wow beautiful place!

Property is super clean, all new appliances, super bright when the drapes are left up. Everything is super close by if not its only a 15 min drive. 2 blocks to the beach, amazing places to eat around the neighborhhod.

Brilliant helpful host. Lovely apartment with a peek of the sea. Central position for walking to beach shops and restaurants. Loved Ocean Blue just around the corner for a wonderful variety of meals. We ate there every night of our stay 4 nights. Would definatley stay again
