We couldn't be happier that we were able to stay at the Waikiki Shore condo. The security was excellent, and there was so much to see and do within walking distance of the building. Not to mention the views of the water and the sunset. The unit was stocked with everything we could want for making our own meals or keeping leftovers and re-heating if necessary. Loved it!

Filthy, stained sofa. Filthy, stained cushion on bench. Paint chipping off front of refrigerator. Vertical blinds missing vertical strips and don't work. Stains on comforter. Dingy walls and paint peeling. Not "one bedroom" as advertised. Only a studio with two double beds. Photos and description on VRBO are misleading. Not renting from VRBO again.

Great location. Description accurate. Could have more dishes to suit the amount of people the room accomodates.

We arrived at the pre arranged time and met Paul... We were pleasantly informed our room was flooded due to another unit... However we were given a much larger and spacious unit that could easily sleep 6. The location was excellent! It is right next to the Army museum and park which means there was nothing blocking a nice view of the park & ocean. This also makes it much quieter than many other properties. The best part is you can be standing on the beach in less than 1 minute from the time the elevator arrives on the first floor! I highly recommend this if you are staying in Waikiki! 🌴

This room was spacious with a great view and location! It is beachfront and walking distance to many amenities. The property manager met us at the resort and there were no issues. There is no concierge or front desk services we could see. It is the building right beside Waikiki Shores. I'm not sure if it is affiliated as we were told we were not allowed to use the pool at Waikiki Shores and there was no pool in the building we were in. There was an ABC and restaurants and a bar we could use there which was nice.
The room is as advertised. We only stayed for three nights. We had wanted to do some cooking but with the expense of buying everything including salt & pepper ended up being not cost effective. There was no coffee or coffee filters in the room. The coffee maker wasn't working, but they did replace it for us. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas provided. There were only 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper.
Overall we would definitely stay there again. There were just some little things that could be improved on to make it have a more welcoming feel.

I recently stayed at Waikiki Shore 0612, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. Let's start with the good stuff. The location of this place is incredible! It's right by Fort DeRussy military gardens, and if you want to be in the heart of Waikiki, this is the spot. The views of the sunset from the balcony were stunning, and it definitely added a special touch to our stay. Plus, being so close to the beach was a big bonus.Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the actual unit itself. The kitchen equipment was disappointing. It felt like it was on its last legs, and the quality was lacking. Maintenance was a problem too. The window blinds were hanging by a thread, and it felt like we were on display to the whole world at night when they weren't properly attached. This made us uncomfortable and concerned about our privacy. The information about the unit, like the lighting and furniture, seemed outdated and overdue for an upgrade. On the bright side, I do see potential in the building. I'd be willing to stay here again, but only if I could choose a different unit that's better taken care of. The location is the highlight, and with some improvements, it could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.In summary, Waikiki Shore 0612 has an amazing location, but the unit itself leaves a lot to be desired in terms of condition, maintenance, and amenities. If you prioritize location over luxury and are okay with compromising on the quality of the unit, this place might still be worth considering, but just be prepared for a less-than-perfect experience.

Good Building, Great Location, Disappointing Unit. Two single Beds not A double as advertised. No Bed Skirt Looked cheap and unattractiveBeds extremely uncomfortableKitchen Equipment plates, cutlery , glasses, cooking, limited and very cheap quality.General maintenance of the unit poor, doors do no not slide or close.Unit information lights tv fans etc out of dateOverall the units furniture and fittings were tired and worn out and in poor condition.I would absolutely stay in the building again, but would choose another unit, that was better maintained, furnished and fitted out.Dissapointing !

We were happy with our condo, but everyone should beware that there is no parking offered (which is stated in listing), but the only parking they could suggest for us was $80 a night. Be prepared for that. Also they offered to store our luggage at their office. The office is blocks away from the condo. This was not easy to get your luggage to and from.

Wonderful.
We were a bit hesitant at first with no reviews to refer to, we think we may have been the first guest for the new owners of the property. We were pretty sure it would be good as we are familiar with the building and the area. It’s a old building and the apartment is showing it’s age but it is spotlessly clean and had everything we need including a well equiped kitchen and more than enough toiletries, t/p, etc including washing pods for the washing machine. It’s really more of a studio than a 1 bedroom with a retracting vinyl door to separate areas, the furnishing was clean, no stains, and the linens were beautiful, very good quality. The only thing l found annoying was the vertical blinds but we pretty much just left them open as the property is very private and looking in is not an issue. Fort DeRussy is next door, the grounds are keep immaculate and it’s patrolled 24/7 by military police so no loitering tolerated. The view from the huge private balcony was fabulous everyway you look the view is amazing, the ocean the city view the gardens and even the weekly fire works from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We will be making reservations for this property again. It’s at the best end of Waikiki. We highly recommend but remember it is a bit dated, hopefully the new owners will rectify this in time. We are reluctant to share such a good review as we would love to keep this property to ourselves especially as Waikiki prices have skyrocketed, grateful for no resort fee.
