I really enjoyed parking spot by elevator, pool nice & gas grill used daily! Loved location short walk to Kona! Good sized place w birds & flowers everywhere! Peaceful sounds of birds & coqui frogs!

Large, well-maintained condo in a convenient location. Loved having two bathrooms. Beds were comfy and unit had lots of amenities- great cooking supplies, linens, and beach use items.

it was like living at home. place was super clean, had all kitchen equipment washer and dryer, etc. and the supply of coffee was great, thank you for that, that was a nice touch.

It was a great location within walking distance to the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed hearing the birds on the lanai each morning. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we have seen at a rental. We were not quite used to using a window-type AC which was not as cool as a central AC, but it was OK and they provide fans to help circulate the air from the AC.

We were disappointed during the first week with the pool being under maintenance, but we spent a lot of time enjoying the lanai especially enjoying the fan out there. The parking spot was super convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay. It might be time to consider replacing the indoor/outdoor carpet on the living room lanai.

Nice layout, clean and fully stocked kitchen. Great location to restaurants, shops & waterfront. Also had great amenities for outdoor activities with towels, cooler, snorkel, body boards, chairs & umbrellas.

I had a lovely stay at this property. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was excellent. I wish the property manager would have told me ahead of time the pool was closed for major repairs. It was really aggravating to show up there and find out by reading the signs that were posted.

I really enjoyed my stay here overall. The rental was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained! There were also additional appliances that I could use in the kitchen if I needed to, and they provided some vertical floor fans in addition to the AC. Whenever I called for assistance, there was always someone there to answer my questions as well. As far as location, it had a great view of the ocean, and it’s really close to the shops and food. If you wanted to drive to town, it’s only 2 minutes! It was a fantastic stay and pretty quiet for how close it is to town. I would love to stay here again.
