We planned a trip with a large group for my husband's 50th birthday, and my immediate family stayed at the Muxlow property. The condo was even better than advertised! We were told several times throughout the week by resort staff that we were in the nicest property onsite, and we believed it. The best views and really nice accommodations. The condo was also fully stocked with beach items, coolers, a wagon, and a fabulous cappuccino machine! The property was next level and we would definitely stay here again. 10/10

The pictures don't do the view justice. Absolutely gorgeous. The accommodations were five star+ with every attention to detail. Extremely well stocked gourmet kitchen, beautiful interior decor befitting the location. The entire family all agreed that if we come back to Kuai, they want to stay here again.

We love this spot, every piece of furniture and decor are perfect. I could sit and all day and think we did and stare out at the view and watch the weather, surfers, waterfalls change throughout the day.

We were a family of 6 - with 2 teenagers. Intimate sunsets from the back patio, well kept and beautiful inside of the condo. And easy access to the pool and beach. I wish we could buy this place. I still have the picture from the backyard on my phone - it’s a little bit of heaven on Earth. Don’t hesitate, rent this place!

The property was beautiful; the unit is darker than photographed, but the view is priceless and the decor is cute! We rented a mini pool for our toddlers, filled it up, and they played on the grass in the back. Perfect for kids and a great location! There were a few maintenance issues (washer/AC/ a clogged sink), but Becky had maintenance there to fix it within hours of arrival.

We have been to Kauai many times and wish we had found this place sooner. The views and peacefulness were amazing. It’s not your crowed resort party scene, but rather a relax and chill vibe to enjoy the scenery. Beach access was easy (maybe a shuttle needed for older guests). Condo set up was perfect for a large family needing 3 private bedrooms. Owners were super easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

My family loved the spacious condo with killer views of the Napali Coast from everywhere in the condo. Three spacious bedrooms with their own baths. Full access to resort amenities including bar and pool and hot tub and tennis and a nice snorkeling beach.

My number one priority for our trip to Kauai was the view and comfortable outside lounging for 5. I read all the reviews of this property and looked at every picture from every angle because honestly the views looked too good to be true. Well, let me report that the views are in fact better than the pictures. The living spaces are lovely and thoughtfully curated. The kitchen has everything you could want. And if you love a long morning coffee routine, you will be in heaven. We are all convinced that there could not possibly be a better value on the Island!

This might be our favorite property we have ever rented through VRBO. We really struggled between choosing this property and one on Hanalei Bay Beach. We were so happy with our choice.
We arrived after dark and settled into our condo. The space was perfect--we are a family of 5, two teen girls and one teen boy. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for us. Our teen boy was especially happy with his king bed suite at the end of the unit! The next morning, we were in awe of what lay before us: the most beautiful view of Hanalei Bay and the Napali Coast's green, majestic mountains. Breathtaking! We spent quiet mornings with coffee and visits from the chickens and roosters. We were sure to be back at our condo by sunset. Just stunning. This condo has THE BEST VIEW of the resort. We loved the ground floor and grassy lawn, felt "homey" and private.
This condo is within Hanalei Bay Resort. It's perfection. Numerous tennis courts, meticulous grounds, and a wonderful pool with waterfalls with little nooks to explore. The restaurant on-site, "Happy Talk," was fabulous, and they offered nightly live entertainment. We enjoyed the tropical path down to the beach and base of Hanalei 1 Hotel (a 10-minute walk) for daily exercise and one day enjoyed their hotel's fancy breakfast one morning.
The Muxlows provided everything to make our stay so comfortable, including tennis racquets, beach chairs and more. We really appreciated the sweet welcome gift-we cannot wait to return!!

We had a great visit to North shore and this place has the best view at night for amazing sunsets and looking out over the bay. The kitchen is a tad small for cooking larger meals but worked great for our group. House came with beach chairs, beach wagon and umbrella was a bonus.
The owners were very helpful before and during our trip. Lovely stay.

The view from this property is second to none. I wanted to spend my entire time just gazing out on the mountain and the bay. The condo was comfortable, well decorated and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the owner double booked us with another family and we wound up having to change our entire planned trip to the area to accommodate the snafu. This caused us to miss out on a great property in Poipu and put a damper on our trip. I would highly recommend the property. Just make sure you communicate directly with the owners and not rely on the booking system through VRBO.
