My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this property. The views from the place are beautiful, and the property is right on a scenic coastal walking trail and within walking distance from two nice beaches. The grounds and pools were kept up very well. The place itself has all the necessary amenities for a stress free stay. Parking was simple and check-in and out were a breeze. We did have an issue with the AC our first couple days but the host (Epic) was incredibly responsive and worked very quickly and effectively to remedy the situation. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great. If I have to knit pick..... Complex was a little confusing if you are arriving after dark. Loft bed matress could be replaced. None of this should stop you from booking this place, more for the booking agency to improve. If we are to visit Maui again, we would book this place in a heartbeat.

Really nice condo for our week on Maui. We enjoyed easy beach access, the quiet community, and access to the pool. Really appreciated the smaller details like providing enough dish washer and laundry pods to last the full week. We look forward to staying here again.

We stayed at this property as a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room in the house for us and the kids shared the pullout bed that was in great shape. The location was fabulous. It was very quiet with a great view of the pool and ocean. We ate meals outside and were constantly on the lookout for whales. The Oneloa beach was a fabulous beach for playing in the waves and boogie boarding. It was pretty much a private beach as the most people we saw was 8 on the entire beach. The kapalua beach which was an easy walk provided a great place for snokling and calm waters. The house was well stocked and matched the descriptions provided. We would love to return and would certainly stay at this property again.

We rented this condo and it is something special! The management company was very responsive and helpful with great, fast communication. It's well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and also included beach chairs. The beach below the complex is wonderful and not hard to walk up or down to at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at this condo in Kapalua. It is conveniently located between Kapalua Bay Beach and Oneloa Bay, and even has trail access that connects the beaches. Waking up to the view of the ocean was perfect— and just a short drive to great coffee and restaurants! Can’t wait to return soon.

Got into the rental unit.Where very happy until we used the washing machine.We had a water puddle in the living room area.Contacting the manager and asking to move us or give us a discount I was told that there is no other unit available and I was told that I am agressive and she will not tolerate that.A service guy came by the next day and had to open up the wall to find a corroded water pipe.He said that he will call the manager that we should be moved.Again I was told that there is nothing else available.I told the manager that her customer service is extremely poor.She told us that we can leave if we want.It took about 2 hours to find something new(for a higher price).We told the lady right away when we were gone because she demanded that.I am waiting currently for the final bill from Epic(name of the company).Then I will communicate with you again.By the way,this was really not a Aloha experience.

Our stay in the Kapalua Villas checked all our boxes. The views day and night were incredible. The grounds and pool area were immaculate. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Kapalua area.

This was a great place for a nice relaxing vacation! The location is great - easy access to the pool and the trails to the beach.
The condo is exactly as described in the listing. We only had an issue with the AC not running - called the property mgmt and was told there are sensors on the doors. The one on upstairs sliding door was a little loose causing the problem but we were able to get AC to work again.
The bed was very comfortable - definitely slept well!
Access codes to the gate, unit, and pool were provided and worked fine.
We would come back and stay here again!

We always love staying at Kapalua and are longtime returning guests here! This stay was truly a perfect Maui vacation, and the villa was in such a prime spot. I loved the easiness of access/checking out and that the villa had so many thoughtful amenities (i.e. cooking spices, beach equipment like chairs/umbrella, etc) and made our stay so much better. I can't wait to come back to my favorite island of Maui and stay here again :)

The unit and location are lovely. When we checked in, the A/C wasn’t operating. After resetting, it blew cool air. We left and came back to a hot (86 downstairs) condo. The after hours employees at Epic repeated the troubleshooting that we had done before. The unit finally started cooling, and the upstairs sleeping area cooled off around 3am.
My frustration isn’t the A/C issue. It is that I asked for a late checkout or just use of the two beach chairs. (There was no one checking in the day we left.) A one hour (11am) checkout was offered, but anything beyond that would be over $200. They stated I couldn’t use the chairs because they had to be sanitized. That’s not true because there was a used napkin in the cup holder of one chair when we got there.
It’s just disappointing that no compensation was offered for a $700 first night’s hot sleep, but there is over a $200 fee if you need any grace from Epic. They’re all about profit, not about the client.
Lovely condo, but I will never rent from Epic again.

We had a wonderful stay or this location. The property was beautiful with stunning views from the green grass of the pool to the backdrop of the sky against the different colors of blues from the ocean. The property was situated close to the coastal trail which branched off to the beach. The place came with everything we needed for the beach. The winds were high during our stay so rather then get pelted by sand I spent much of my time on the patio overlooking the ocean. The only concern was the thermostat and a/c was faulty. We left the doors open most of the time and didn’t need it so I did not end up communicating this till after our stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again!

This property was better then I could have hoped. easy place to find, getting through the gates was easy and getting in at dark the place was well lit up for us. We found everything would say only wish cooler had wheels. Other that everything was great. Of course my favorite place was the patio on the main floor and the view. We spent 2-3 hours every morning out there, for it was our luck that a mama & baby whale stayed in the area longer then they should have, giving us some entertaining each morning. I found the 15 minute drive to lahina for shopping and eating was not bad and trust me there are many beaches, restaurants and shopping in between, but Lahina and the Whalers shopping was our favorite places and of course Drums on the pacific was a great luau just 10 mins from the condo. I would recommend staying in the bay condos to anyone, anyday.

We enjoyed the condo in many ways but also not some. We had a nightmare of a time getting in and dealing with rental company. As a 14-year regional property manger, a prior Maui Hotel Manager, and a 23 year real estate agent, I can assure you the management needs to improve! Their unhelpfulness is beyond acceptable for anyone. Check in was terrible - be aware your cell will not work there until you hook up to internet. No one is onsite to assist you unlike most hotel rentals, they are 20 minutes away and we waited 2.5 hrs with groceries trying to get inside. The code they gave us did not work, and the person arrived just after they gave us one that did.It rained daily and was windy and cold most days so be aware weather is different in this area. Photos do not show the HUGE fight of stairs or that you have to walk from parking lot to even get to the unit, and then go around side of building. With luggage and groceries its a LONG journey! =(We had a **** of a time arriving two hours early, tons of groceries, and cell did not work unless connected to internet. THAT WAS NOT NOTED IN RENTAL INFO ANYWHERE!Home is nice inside but lacks privacy and also is side oceanfront not as photos led me to believe. The patio is on side of home facing all other homes NOT THE OCEAN as photos suggest just small space large enough for a table and 2 chairs. Don't be fooled. Patio is all shaded with no sun. Upstairs patio faces all condo not the ocean. Who wants to look at the side of houses? I would have been happier IN TOWN-closer to all amenities, better weather, and swimmable beaches. Also with management office onsite to handle issues. When I told them I was given minimal supplies (2 tiny bars of soap for 2 bathrooms and shower, they never offered to bring us more). Management company def needs improvement. I cater to my clients all the time and they made no attempt to make us happy. I'm sure they loved all the alcohol and food we left them however. This villa was in a quiet, beautiful location full of amenities. It was as pictured and described. The property management checked in during the trip & were quickly responsive to questions.
It was a little north of Lahaina, where many activities may take place. However, it was an easy drive and near activities like the beach, restaurants, spas, etc.
We would stay here again and will recommend to others!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week in February to celebrate my birthday. Kapalua is such a beautiful resort area. They have a tennis garden, golf, beaches, pools and the coastal ridge trail hike/walk. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The views were absolutely spectacular both upstairs and downstairs! We stayed in February so we saw so many whales while relaxing from the condo. Our lanai was very large and had much more privacy than other units. The condo was well stocked with all of the kitchen appliances we needed, a Brita, a cooler, and two beach chairs. A light care package with coffee, snacks, waters, and toiletries were provided so we didn’t have to worry about going to the store right away. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
