Nancy- January 2022; It's a nice building and close to Waikiki. The building elevators are always crowded when we are there, we had to wait for awhile to go up and down every time. The owner will also change the TV to a smart TV so the internet can work on it and future guests can watch shows from streaming. Otherwise we had a pleasant staying.

Ai- November 2021; Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful corner unit. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The place is super clean and very well stocked with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and it was an ideal arrangement for us with a larger bed in the main bedroom for the parents and two twins in the second bedroom for the two kids. (There is also a sofa bed in the living room.) We really enjoyed spending time in the lagoon, which is right behind the building. Thank you for everything!

We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to consider travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Overall nice unit but definitely is dated and needs a deep clean. Don’t believe me? Check under the TV stand, the showers and shower fan. AC is only in the living room area. Master bedroom has a ceiling fan but the other double bedroom didn’t have anything. We were too grossed out to use the stand up fans provided as they were so dusty. dish soap wasn’t provided. The bottle available was just a little bit of water to use up the remaining soap in the old container.. hand soap pump was empty. Dishwasher didn’t work. We had to buy these items out of pocket. Turn down service was not provided so we had to wash our towels etc which incurs an additional fee. Hilton hotel has an ongoing protest for over a month and is disruptive throughout the day. overall nice views and is very close to hiltons lagoon and Waikiki beach. Kitchen had pots pans etc you would need to cook a meal but bring your own groceries.there is also a sofa bed. Would probably stay somewhere else due to the negatives noted above.

Space was enough for my 3 kids, husband, and myself. Minor things in the condo were broken or not up to date but it was still manageable. Kids loved the easy access to the pool, lagoon, and beach. We rented a car for 1 day

Overall, the property was nice and as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. Great to have two bathrooms.
We loved all of the windows and light they let in. The two balconies were nice and the master had an ocean view. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating. We used the valet parking, it was $35/day. The valets were all very pleasant.
Loved the location, right in the middle of Honolulu and close to the beach. There were convenience stores within 1-2 miles and we were close to popular attractions like Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor Memorial, restaurants, and bars.
The condo is dated and shows age. The windows are old, single pane and even though we were on the 17th floor, it was quite loud. We heard the wind whistling, street sounds and traffic at all hours.
One thing that was no bueno was the smoke alarm for the unit was removed, the bracket and wires were exposed. I mentioned this to our contact and never got a response. This was a bit concerning.
