I stayed at this place for about a week and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, and the place is very clean. The space is more spacious than it appears in the photos, and one of the best features is the terrace with large windows that can be fully opened. Being on the 18th floor, the view from the terrace is stunning.
Given the length of my stay, I needed to do some laundry, and it was very convenient to have laundry facilities in the same building. However, do note that detergent is not sold there, so you should bring your own. The parking fee is also discounted, making it cheaper than other places, and the parking area is spacious and well-maintained.
Tiffany was very responsive to my urgent inquiries, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It is even better than what you see in the photos.

I was looking for a place to stay for a few days and this condo was perfect. Very clean and comfortable, and I had a question for the owner at Check-in (I didn’t understand one of the security locks) and I received assistance immediately.
Very good central location to Waikiki and Ala Moana Center.

Easy check-in/check-out and location was great. Described well but I wish there was a ceiling fan. Also, the pool was nice but never got any sun. Beach was very close though so it did not really effect our stay.

Really liked the layout of the room and the balcony was amazing and super fun to sit on at night. The location was super convenient since we had a rental car and the parking was very reasonable and easy to find and had a designated spot. We really liked how quiet it was also and the host was really responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you!

It was perfect for my husband and I. Close to everything you needed. The best breakfast is .1 miles away called Waffles and Berry. Clean and efficient!

Although the pool was closed due major repair works to fix a leak, we were not informed until 3 days before our arrival. Also, we were led to believe it was maintenance/water quality. But in reality, the pool was never going to be available even when we booked in May, and the host would have known that.
We were subjected to jack hammer noise during the day while repairs were underway.
When I contacted the host, I was told the beach is not far away. I explained we were not beach people and would not have booked if there was no pool. Although I asked, compensation for this inconvenience was denied, saying it was beyond the host's control.
However, speaking to the concierge, it was obvious the host would have known for quite a while that the pool had a major leak and would not be operational. Yet we were only told 3 days before arrival and led to believe it maybe functional during our stay.
Even without the pool, some compensation for being woken by jackhammers every morning would have been appreciated, especially as it was known to the host.
Otherwise, the location is good. Apartment is small but sufficient.
You cannot see the fireworks from your lanai as described.

Location of this unit was perfect for me, easy access to the beach and close to everything. The unit was exactly as advertised and I had no issues with the property. I did take into account the previous reviews about the lack of towels and made sure I brought some extra beach towels with me which helped decrease my laundry days.
