We were really happy with this Virbo. It is situated in a beautiful area of Maui, right next to the ocean. It had everything we needed, and we found the bed very comfortable, which is always a plus. It is perfect if you are out and about everyday like us!

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts provide a lovely gift basket of goodies to welcome you. The location couldn't be better. You're right across the street from the best beach in the area.

Conveniently located studio across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II. Good beach for laying out, reading, and boogie/body surfing. Walking distance to several shops and restaurant. 15 minute drive to the Shops at Wailea. Walking distance to South Kihei Boat Launch where you can catch snorkeling and whale watching tours. Beach chairs and umbrellas at the studio were in excellent shape.

Great location with everything you need. Close walk to the beach, chairs, cooler, umbrella provided. Convenient walk to restaurants or BBQ available to cook for yourself.

Clean, accessible, great location. Recommend ceiling fans, air conditioner extremely noisy. Floor fan not adequate enough, also noisy. Fully stocked kitchen supplies, but no stove. Microwave available . Host was readily available for assistance/questions.

To keep it short, this property was beautiful and fit our needs. Our general day looked like this. Watch the sunrise by the beach a short walk away (closest building to the beach), daytime activities (if youre planning on molokini snorkeling Redline rafting is a 1 min drive away which is nice when you have to be there by 6:30am), and then ending with either happy hour a 5 min drive away with a sunset or grilling by the pool/hot tub. It was very relaxing and the parking was also a breeze if you are getting a rental! Mahalo for letting us enjoy our stay in Maui even more!

We loved this studio! The beach chairs and towels were a fantastic bonus as well. The sound of the AC might pose as an issue if you're staying during a hotter season but we were able to get by with just the fan. The location was right across the beach which made it super convenient for lazy beach days without worrying about driving (and getting sand in our rental vehicle!). I would definitely love to stay here again on a return visit to Maui! Thank you!

You never know what your truly going to get when booking lodging online. My husband and I were very happy with this studio condo. It was perfect for what we were looking for which was a nice place to sleep and keep our things. The place was clean and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. We loved how the beach was just across the street and so many good restaurants within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at maui Banyan. Place is in the heart of Kihei, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Host was communicative regarding everything from parking to location of their place, as well as all the amenities. I really enjoyed how they had a welcome basket full of Hawaiian goodies . It was a pleasant surprise especially coming in a late night red eye flight. The snacks hit the spot. Place was well stocked and so clean. I’m felt like we were at a hotel accommodations as a special guests VIP style. We had late afternoon departure , host was accommodating with our travel plans. Thank you Dawn for a great stay and making us feel at home in Maui! I’ll be back next time and definitely stay here again!

Small but nice property. Clean. The city of Kihei is a bit run down. People living out of their vehicles, tents by side of the road. However, this has nothing to do with the property itself. Never felt nervous when walking to restaurants, shops.

Our stay at this beautiful studio was perfect :) The unit is comfortable and cozy, with a lovely little terrace surrounded by palm trees, and is located just steps from the beach, where we swam with sea turtles and caught multiple lovely sunsets. The hosts were communicative and caring, checking in throughout our 8-day stay to ensure we were content and had everything we needed. I can't recommend this VRBO enough! We'll definitely be back :)

Very clean, small so ok for 1-2 person, but perfect for vacation stay. Didn’t use lanai as very hot and no air. Mosquitoes can be a problem, they gather at the door and hard to not let a few in. AC very noisy and cannot really not use it at night so sleep not so good. Location is ok, not much to do in Kihei, but that’s personal depends on what you like. Property manager always available and very helpful. Parking easy. Nice welcoming treats. Again very clean and nice place.

Great location, unit had everything we needed (cooler, chairs, plenty of towels), provided great suggestions.. only confusion was need of parking pass but we figured it out. A few stairs up and down to get to the room with no elevator.. with lots of heavy bags could be annoying, but manageable.

Fantastic location literally across the street from a beautiful beach. Walking distance to great food. Free parking. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and beach towels were so appreciated. It was lovely having morning coffee on the private lanais. Super easy check-in and out. Very nice and comfortable little studio.

The condo was clean, close to Kam 3 beach and close to most beaches within Kihei & Wailea. Can't recommend enough!
Would be good to have a separate bin for recycling so we can grab the bin easier to take outside.

This studio condo was perfect for my husband & I for one week. The bed was comfortable, and the unit was very clean. The layout makes good use of the space. The closet held our two large suitcases after we unpacked - there is a good sized dresser and two large drawers in the nightstand. We enjoyed walking to dinner at Fred’s (twice), Coconut Fish Cafe (twice) and picked up pizza as well as a few drinks/snacks within a very short drive. The Sandy beach is a 3 minute walk with a lifeguard station, restroom, and outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking the beach trail, both to the north and south (you can walk it much further to the south). There are parts where you walk across grassy lawns of resorts and condos, but completely legal & protected as beach access! We wish we were blessed with more sunshine but it was a lovely week overall

Condo is in a great location, easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops . Beach is right across the street from this unit . The host thought of everything- we stayed 9 days and didn’t need a thing . We had one minor hiccup with the door lock , the owner was on top of it and sent the maintenance man right out . The complex has a nice pool area with very nice grills , parking was not an issue . Very nice manicured property.
An added bonus ……The bed is extremely comfortable !!!

You can’t beat the location of this unit. Literally steps from the beach! Unit was clean and although the coffee maker was missing in the room when we checked in - the host had one to us within an hour of letting her know! Great communication and unit was exactly as described! My only suggestion would be a second mirror somewhere in the unit so 2 people can get ready at the same time! Lots of places to eat within walking distance. We will def be back!
