Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

The entire facility was very nice. The only complaint is that despite the air conditioning, the bedroom stayed very hot. We used the fans, turned the air down, nothing helped. If the sofa had been a pull, out, we would have slept there - it was so hot in the bedroom!

Beautiful view from the lanai every morning to wake up and have our morning coffee. Snorkeled just steps away from the property with sea turtles! Easy drive to Kapalua, Whalers Village, and surrounding beaches (Slaughterhouse, Napili Bay, etc.). Definitely would stay again.

The view was amazing. We sat on the balcony every morning and every evening and watched the turtles swimming back and forth-we were so close (I could have sat there all day). The unit had everything we needed-clean bed, plenty of hot water, towels and washer/dryer. We loved that things were labeled and instructions clear. Many extras-restaurant recommendations-big bonus, beach towels/chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Comes as advertised in the listing. Beautiful view from the balcony to watch both the sun come up and turn the water turquoise, and the bright sunsets. Lots of things to do in the immediate area, with some very nice beaches and hiking a short drive to the north.

To tell you the truth, we were a little reluctant to visit as we wanted to respect the residents who have been affected. But, we also wanted to support the island of Maui by coming to provide tourists income.
We found the businesses and workers to be truly appreciative of our visit. Everyone was really wonderful and we loved the hospitality shown by all!
Our accommodations were exactly as described and what we wanted- comfy living and sleeping quarters, plenty of amenities and proximity to area attractions. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular as we made sure we witnessed each and every night. The closeness of the waterfront was unbelievable and better than we’ve ever had in all of our oceanfront vacations!!
The property is well taken care of and we didn’t want for anything. Though some of the area restaurants that we had hoped to visit were closed, we managed to find a number of great happy hours each day. We also loved the proximity to the lovely beaches of Kaanapali and Kapalua and the great snorkeling that both beaches offered.
(One thing that we noticed was the parental blocking of the Fox News channel, not sure why this was censored, but was disappointed that not all news outlets were available to us).

The view of ocean and other islands is stunning. Its updated condo with
ac in the livingroom only. You need to use a fan to get it to bedroom. Parking is great but the in house pool needs maintenance, tiles are comming off. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which also needs maintenance, exaust has holes and is full of lint. Overall- sweet place that needs some maintenance from the property management company. I recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back for a visit. Thank you for working with us during the disaster, this was one trip we will never forget.
