Banyan Harbor #E56 - 2 Bedroom Condo ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath When I return to Kauai I will definitely stay in this unit if it is available. My family stayed here for a family event. We rented 5 units in the complex – This unit was the best of the 5. This unit has three (3) window A/C and ceiling fans- in living area in each bedroom. This was a BIG plus as it was very hot while we were there. The other units did not have this many A/Cs. This is a corner unit and has 3 patios making it feel more open. The other units did not have 3 patios. This unit has a jungle lush back yard with chickens walking around which I really enjoyed. Other units did not have this backyard.I booked with Garden Isle others booked through Vrbo. They paid substantially more because of the Vrbo fees. Garden Isle offered free early check-in, which was awesome after a 6 hour flight. The Vrbo units, early check in was not an option. One that had the option was an additional $100 for early check in fee.The sliding door lock stopped working, I made a call to Garden Isle and it was fixed immediately. Sheets were white and clean. Tile floor easy to sweep. Very clean and simple. Bathtubs in both bathrooms. Wifi, washer and dryer, beach chairs.Perfect location so much to do. We had the BEST time... GREAT unit.

Place was super clean and spacious. Had beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear. Love the fact that they have a pool to relax towards the end of the day.

We will definitely be renting this unit again! Perfect for a family especially with small kids. Spacious 2 bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. Having 2 bathrooms was a luxury! Large countertops and with tubs! Functional kitchen. Washer & dryer. Clean! Great garden view right outside your back door. Parking was convenient. Ground floor unit makes it easy with luggage. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. 2 min drive to many great restaurants. Will definitely rent this unit again!!

Great location to many popular and good restaurants. Close to the airport. Our unit was perfect for a family of 6. Having TWO bathrooms is such a luxury! The a/c worked well. We utilized the washer/dryer. Great size bathrooms with large countertops. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was completely functional. The pool was huge and the temperature just right! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Prior to our trip, Garden Islands was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The 2 bedroom condo we stayed in was flawless. Clean with perfect layout appropriate for 2 couples to share. Additional items not mentioned were very useful to us: folding chairs, cooler... Nice Kitchen and outdoor areas. Simply amazing time!

The rental was as expected and had everything we needed. Easy walk to a beach and close to lots of good food places. The only difficulty was parking as the spaces were tight and we had rented a truck.

13 family members stayed in Lihue and had a wonderful experience. Time spent at the many beaches on the island, shopping, tubing, fishing, sight seeing, hiking, visiting and eating together. Wonderful accommodations and friendly helpful people. Would love to come again.

We have stayed at Banyan Harbor Resort on a few different occasions and this has yet been the best stay.Everything was to our satisfaction, from beginning to end. Convenient and comfortable stay. Equipped with beach needs, easy access and beautiful surroundings. Only one concern was the bath room fan was very noisy and was connected to the light so we couldn't even turn it off. That was the only problem we ran into.

We rented this Apt (E56) through Airbnb and we were very satisfied. The place was charming and very clean. It was centrally located with shops and restaurants at walking distance. The beach is also right across the road from Banyan Harbor. We would definitely stay at this Apt.(E56) again. We were with other family who also stayed at Banyan harbor who weren’t as happy with their rental.

One earlier we stayed at H89, their place was much more updated with remote control ceiling fans, lights, washer dryer, bathroom shower slip matt, and laundry detergent were more current. E56 unfortunately needed more current upgrades. Bathroom shower tube had ne slip matt, tube had low spot so after shower water tube had water remain, which might has mild dew smell lingering. Screen door for one of the bedroom was broken. Kitchen dishes and utensils are outdated too. Other then that everything was wonderful. Thank you

This vacation rental was the perfect size for my family of six. It was also one of the most affordable units we could find on the island for a large family. It had two bedrooms and two baths with a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The unit had a fully equipped kitchen and it also had a washer and dryer and our ground unit had two outdoor lanais with chairs. The unit was very clean and comfortable but it was also dated. The resort was centrally located on the island if you want to explore the north and south shores. The resort had a swimming pool with lounge chairs, two large outdoor grills in the pool area, and basketball/tennis court area. It was walking distance to a nearby beach, restaurants and shops. It was not one of the nicer resorts on the island but it did provide an affordable, safe, clean and comfortable environment for my family as our goal was to explore the beauty of the island and not spend much time in the resort.

Banyan Harbor unit was clean and comfortable. Slightly worn but the kitchen had everything you could want or need and more. The unit had beach towels, folding beach chairs and ice chest. Even tennis rackets. The only negatives were road noise at peak traffic times and read your contract carefully for changes and cancellations- non refundable without enough notice. Also walking to local restaurants longer than expected from description

Great location! Comfortable and clean unit. The two bathrooms/2 bedrooms were a plus for two couples traveling together. Kitchen well stocked. Owner responded quickly to questions.
