Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for 1 car on a first come, first serve basis in any open/unmarked spot in the complex. Only one car allowed with rental of this unit. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Lap Pool and Swimming Pool onsite
Hot Tub: Once community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai

Kulalani 1805 is located in Building 18 at Kulalani. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
Kulalani is a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful home and very clean. Peaceful community close to golf, beaches and pool. Clubhouse pool area is fantastic. Close to great spa services and restaurants. Property managers respond quickly and very friendly. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Mauna Lani. Clean, roomy and had every amenity you could imagine to make your stay more comfortable. The beach chairs, umbrella and coolers really came in handy. The beach club and golf course were also incredible. Would love to stay here again.

Everything was perfect except for the pool. Too cold to swim or too hot to sit in spa. Guess they don’t believe in solar? Too bad. Pool was empty . Won’t stay again because of that.

This amazing property exceeded our expectations! It was roomy enough for 5 adults and had everything we needed for our stay! We especially loved the lanai and the outdoor cooking area. The grill was perfect for grilling fresh fish! It is a short drive (also walkable!!) to the shops and private beach. We only went a few times to the private beach because HI has so many other beaches to explore. The location is perfect. It’s about 30 minutes N of the airport and easily accessible to many attractions.’We had a few issues with the ice maker and no electric bikes. Management was quick to respond on both accounts. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Great condo. Good location, the home had everything a family needed for grilling, cooking, beach excursions and bonus was e-bikes for local cruises to the beach and coffee shops. Nice and quite, and safe.

Very clean house that perfectly accommodated our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Lovely lawn area for kids to play, very safe gated neighborhood. Loved the mauna lani beach access. Really appreciated the beach chairs and toys and e-bikes! Wish we had more of a western/ sunset view and a few more kitchen basics but overall a lovely stay and would stay again!

Property was as listed and location was convenient for our purpose.
Communication was a bit disappointing when we asked if it was possible for early check in as our flights came in early and was told it was possible and that we’d receive confirmation prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, the unit was ready early but we still could not check in early, and reaching out to email provided, resulted with no contact. We ended up sitting outside for the 40 mins only to receive an email back saying “sorry, someone was supposed to do it”.
Upon entry there was a note from the cleaners stating that one of the keys was missing and that it would be replaced the next day and it was never brought.
We then had to wait until the next day again to get access to the e-bikes provided due to lack of waivers that was supposed to provided.
The unit itself was good, communication with the property management was more frustrating.
