BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Overall really enjoyed the stay …. Having rented in the Ekolu for over 40 years, 504 was one of the better ones. The silver ware & knives desperately needed cleaning & the bidet was difficult to use for our reasonable bodies ….. my wife is 5’6” & 133 lbs & I’m 5’9” 160 lbs but found it uncomfortable.

Overall this condo had a great view from the lanai and is located in a beautiful location. Close to several beaches and restaurants. The cleanliness could be improved, particularly with the towels and microwave. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for families.

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at WE 504! The nicely remodeled and clean property had all of the amenities we were looking for and more. We loved the view of the ocean and sunset each day. The beds were comfortable and AC and fans worked great. The location was convenient as it was within 5-10min walking distance of several shops and restaurants we wanted to enjoy and short drive to the several nearby beautiful beaches (always able to find free parking any time of day). The property manager/company was very helpful and checked in on us periodically. We did not have any issues. It was a relaxing and pleasant vacation. We would definitely like to stay at the WE 504 again!

Probably our 20th trip to Maui and we have stayed in many places. Very clean and comfortable stay. Very quiet surroundings and well appointed. Great location within complex and short walk to the shops. Only addition I would make would be a beach umbrella. We will definitely book here again if it is available.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The view when you step in is breathtaking! Perfect for sitting out on the lanai drinking your morning coffee. This place was immaculate and well thought out. The accommodations were very comfortable. The check in/check out process was so easy and self explanatory. The pool was close and very nice. Cannot wait to come back!

The condo was great. Second floor was quiet, location is excellent, condition overall was great, and the panoramic view was FABULOUS! Had a couple questions for the leasing agency and they responded quickly. A short walk to the Wailea shops and beach which we visited often. Highly recommend it!

We just came back from a wonderful stay at this unit! Firstly, the decor and cleanliness of the condo can’t be beat - it was spotless! Not to mention, the balcony offered stunning views of the ocean, etc. Secondly, the location is perfection - there are multiple restaurants, groceries, shopping, the beach, walking/jogging routes within minutes of unit. Another plus is the free parking which seems unheard of in the hotel world! I highly recommend booking here!

This property is amazing. One of the best rentals I have stayed at in a long time. Everything is top notch and the owners didn’t skip a beat when updating this unit. Completely remodeled, Adorable beach inspired decor, beds were so comfortable. Place is quiet and cozy. Perfect for a family of 4. Would stay here again in a second. This condo had it all. Gorgeous sunset views, all clean and new inside, beautifully decorated. The complex has two community pools and a spotless barbecue. Easy 15 minute downhill walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.
